Jasper dominated Silsbee in the 80s and 90s for sure but the tables have turned. It seems Jasper was afraid to play Silsbee thebpast few years. Silsbee vs Jasper in 2015 and 2016 were great games.

So was Silsbee vs Lincoln. The only time I've been to the Montagne Center for a Lamar game and it was full was when they hosted Texas baxk in 1996 or 97.

31-1 Tigers would go toe fo toe with most teams on that list and might have been better than the state champ Tigers. Remember this is a Tigers team who beat Lincoln, Central, and West Brook by 15-20pts each. They were the only Tiger team I know who was ranked in USA Today!. This was a era of less high schools and 4A would be the current 5A for alot of schools.

I know it will be slow in sports for a few weeks but thought this would be cool to play and maybe do a pole on who advances to each round. Who would be the alltime top 16 teams from SETX?
