  1. Navasota beating Wheatley and HJ let's me know they have some dang good talent. I don't know if Silsbee wins by 20 plus but I just hope we win. Silsbee needs to remember Jasper 2009 in Regionals!
  2. The Boyd and Comeaux show continues. Ozen 65 Madison 55
  3. The Houston Chronicle has Ke'ron Baker as Navasota's best player averaging 25ppg. Has anyone seen Navasota play this year?
  4. LA Marque is very solid. I'm glad their in another region. I have Lincoln beat Paris by 8.
  5. It hurts teams when Silsbee goes 11 deep and doesn't miss a beat. At sometimes the 2nd until it better than the 1st.
  6. I expect Hudson to come out and ball but Silsbee is too deep. I think it will be Silsbee vs Navasota to play to go to state with Silsbee winning by 15. Let's go Tigers!!!
  7. I was really impressed by the hustle last night of Grubbs, Dontre Thomas, Newton, and Mackey. Each of these guys were all over the floor on defense and on the floor for lose balls. Great team win Tigers. I also like the way Devon, Jordyn, and Harris attacked the basket for buckets and not rely on 3 pointers every time. As long as Silsbee continues to crash the boards and play defense, I think k everything will be just fine.
  8. I actually thought Carter would win myself. I expect Lincoln to be too much for Paris even though Paris is like 29-2 on the season.
  9. Great defense it seems. #31 for Navasota is good!
  10. Devon seem to be walking fine after getting hurt. He went back to the locker room and walked back to bench with a ice pack in his knee. Hopefully he is OK. The kid from Sterling made a dirty play cuting him at the knee.
  11. This is a close game for sure. Let's go Navasota
  12. If Silsbee makes it I'm sure they will be the 6:15 game
  13. Navasota is very athletic and if they can beat the Wheatley press, they will be fine.
  14. Sterling is still the defending Regional champion. Silsbee better shot better. Sterling record is 18-15 on the season.
