1. Momma puts cloths on his back and food in the stomach. If she say he 6"3 230. Then he is 6"3 230.
2. How did the former band player for Silsbee look? If they can run behind him, that would be some big run plays.
3. Hopefully a good season for Silsbee. That soph qb seems to be the real deal.
4. Yep that will effect your common judgement as well.
5. Well hopefully dad can get him a tutor and keep those grades up.
6. We shall see! If their best basketball players also could bring that same talent to the field, that would be awesome. Ill be sure to look out for 52.
7. Jetty man I was actually serious bro. Take a chill pill. It sounds like you are a true tailgating HJ fan. The only reason I asked was just to see what they would have. All jokes aside, HJ kids play their butts off just like the rest of SETX kids. I hope one day y'all can make a deep run in the playoffs.........your welcome to carry my clubs anytime pal!
8. Yes it seems according to my sources they will be able to play since they did a summer transfer for none athletic reasons. The kid for New Orleans I don't know much about. Has anyone seen him play?
9.

Thats just my opinion. Aggie, IMO I think the BEST Silsbee team when you talk about the starting 5 was the 1994/95 team. All of this is opinion based comments on both sides. You have seen more ball than me in the last 11 years. When I look at the end of season results, the only teams that could compare would be the 09/10 team and maybe the 06/07 team that lost to HJ in the Reginoal. Those 90's teams use to be bigger, stronger, and played with a fearless swag.
And I have seen more ball than you in the '80's and '90's as well. That's my point. I saw those Silsbee teams of the 90's, they were very good. But other than that '98 team, there are several of the 2000's teams that can compete with the rest of those '90's teams. BTW, some would say the '79 team was as good as any team that Silsbee has put on the floor. ;) Dont know if you saw more ball than me in the 90's. With me having two 1st cousins playing for Silsbee and a older brother playing at West Brook, I saw just about every Silsbee game played from 1989/90-97/98. I saw about 10 games from the 98/99 team and not much after that. Silsbee has had a ton of talent come thru that town. I think OVERALL, the teams from 94-98 were the best. The 96/97 team use to run the 94/95 team out the doors in practice as freshman. Sigler actually played Holden, Arline, and Hugh Davis in the 95 playoff vs Jacksonville and Lamar Consolidated. 10. Do you think they can make the playoffs this season? Do they have any All State Prospects?
11. And your point is? I support who ever took the job. I said in a past post "watch out for Joe Sigler in the mix".
