    Prudhomme will be the top guy in the area next year but watch out for Kelton Gaines and Chris Elam. Those 2 will form a strong back court out in Silsbee.

    Ahhhh! If you say so playa! HJ is the superior team and its the truth. They have more talent and better coaching. Silsbee was the only team that could beat them. Now that Silsbee is knocked out, HJ will return to state. Mexia doesn't have a chance!

    Ok English teacher.  Hawks easily beat Mexia by 20! Mexia is very overrated. Their schedule was softer than wet toilet paper. One win vs Crockett doesn't tell the entire story.

    I'm so Silsbee that I remember the old Brookshire Bro., Kirby Lumber Yards, J&M Grocery, Top Burger, Dixie Queen, Pauls Tire Shop, and Superstar video. Can get more Silsbee than that Tigervoice. I remember when downtown Silsbee was a cool little place to look at Christmas lights back in the 80's.

    HJ will go to state! What else do you guys want me to say! Prudhomme is the best player in Region 3 tourney! What else guys? I have a ton of respect for your community and kids. I wish you nothing but the best. If Silsbee can't go, then I hope HJ goes. Makes the district stronger as always.

    Mexia won't beat HJ because they have Phil Jackson aka Todd Sutherland.

    HJ won't win state but they will go back. Silsbee was the only team that could beat them. Sealy could pose a problem for them as well with all that size, but I like HJ's chances.
