Theis years Silsbee team loves to run up and down the court. If they are beat, a team will have to slow the pace down like Ozen did and play half court. Don't see that happening. Hope the Tigers win it all this year.

You have a better chance of Frosty the Snowman living thru summer than anyone beating out HJ or Silsbee for the district title.

HJ is sneaky good! Can't say they will win district but Silsbee has slept on them from time to time and look what has happened. Only time Silsbee really dominated HJ was when they tried to move into 4A in the 90's.

No I'm not fired up just ready to have fun this week!

Ozens best player is a former Silsbee native. Just like Jason Dabney a few years ago.

BMYSoulja I don't care what Ball does. I'm just stating the facts. Why do you care? If Ozen plays them they will lose by 20+. All of the playes they could potentially lose due to drugs. Central will be a one and done team and West Brook will finish 3rd in district and come home 1st round. Please jump on the HJ and Silsbee banwagons before its too late.

Here is my take guys. Silsbee should have won. We missed 14 FT. Plane and simple. We out played Ball but we shot ourselves in the foot with missing that man FT. Ball won't beat Yates or Lamarque in a playoff game this year. Silsbee if the stay focused has a chance to do something magical this season.

Does sound neat! You maybe right, but Silsbee has always been big in football and basketball. Tons of D1 football players and a nice amount of NFL players. Also, a great girls basketball teams when I was there. Laquan Stallworth, Brandi Mccain, and Shandy Carter.

Kountze has 4 state champ! AAW total state titles, who. Has more HJ or Silsbee? Silsbee has a bigger football legacy that HJ and IMO basketball as well.
