Cbear- Do you believe  GCM has more team speed or quickness than WOS or Silsbee? I am not saying they don't, but if they do they are one of the fastest teams in the State! I am not saying LCM is going to win or lose, just saying they have seen plenty of speed in those two teams and have handled it well. And it is not like district 20-4a is void of speed!

Scrimmages against WOS and Silsbee should have LCM well prepared for any amount of speed!!

He knows as a NBA player every eye is on him everywhere he goes. And everyone has a camera on them. Besides letting the kids down, he just has to be smarter than that.

To be blunt I agree! ;) But that didn't have everything to do with how LCM looked. You can see the athletes and the technique, effort and discipline in playing their assignments regardless of the other teams ability!

Another thing, it takes the OL time to go from a spread type of blocking scheme to a I or other type of run game blocking scheme. Its a whole different ball game. WOS will be fine.

LCM freshmen looked really good!! Ran and threw the ball very well. Scored several times. And played very good on the defensive side as well!

Doesn't Vidor play WOS very well every year? No surprise here.

The play before Silsbees last TD run was 3rd and long and the pass hit the Tiger receiver in the head before a Bear hit him and the ref  called it pass interference!! ;D I guess he wanted practice throwing his flag.

The Silsbee guys were spot on about Silsbees OL. They are big and trim. LCM has had 2 scrimmages that will really help them. Both WOS and Silsbee are very athletic,quick and fast. Silsbee has more size, I would love to watch them play if i could. For fans of those 2 teams that is going to be a great match up. The Bears have got after 2 really athletic teams. And to be fair LCM blocked an extra point and the kicking game was supposed to be dead.So it ended 2 TDs to 2 TDs.

Mistake-I am sorry i must have called the wrong number.  Bad and selfish choice-Get drunk and disappoint a bunch of kids! This everyone makes mistakes is turning into an easy out for everything anyone does. The truth is a mistake is something you cannot control. Bad choices you can!!!

I don't care how fast you are on a track. Football speed is how well you maintain speed carrying your pads. I have seen fast guys slow down a lot when they put on the pads. Besides no one said Sezar was faster than anyone. But on that 70 yarder he was the fastest guy on the field by a long shot! :D I have seen scouts time guys, and they run a fast 40 and say he doesn't play that fast. Or just the opposite and say he plays faster than that.

Sezar clocked a 4.40 at TCU and a 4.43 at A&M.

LCM running game- Brilon Douglas didn't play, and Sezar did not get very many carries, but we did see what he can do.  ;) And WOS does have the Chain Gang Defense. Running game will be OK.
