My son is a freshman at Lumberton, when found out this morning he was pretty up set.

Never heard of him. Is he good?

I'm just wondering if anyone has heard who will be the new DC in Lumberton?

Understandable! Ok look at Lumberton, it was the coaches first year with a team that won maybe 3 games the year before. The coach took that same group of players gave them something to believe in and made it to bi-district. Now that the coach has spent a year with all of the players that are coming up from freshman and JV they all believe in the program and will work hard for the coaches. I see it everyday, I have a freshman at Lumberton and all of the players are working hard everyday on their own time to be better. You have to admit, you don't see that everywhere.

This is just my opinion. You can have all of the talent in the world, but if the players do not believe in the coach, the program, in them selves, and #1 have hart, then talent is nothing. Players that come together as a TEAM and believe in the coach and them selves will compete and win, those that don't will fail. Just looking at this district over the past couple of years I see at least 4 coaches that have players that believe, have hart, and play as a team, and in the end those teams will be the top 4 teams in the district.

You know that it is a shame that coaches have to deal with that kind of crap. You have little Johnny out there that's not cutting the mustard and his parents think he is the best thing sense sliced bread, and mom or dad is on the school board. Now they want the coach removed because little Johnny didn't start or play enough. I'm not on any school board, but I will say this, I told my son when he started school ball that he was on his own. If he don't cut the mustard then he rides the pine, end of story.

Thats a good question, why does wos get to play in a superbowl and the probowl? I thought the probowl was for the teams that didn't make the superbowl.

I'm not sure but I think Lumberton white gave up 74 points and PNG Purple gave up 72 points for the year in conference.

I think we have all enjoyed the time we have spent with all of these great kids, I know I have.

Don't forget there will be 2 games on Wednesday, KTZ/PNG-W & LUM-W/ VID-W
