After watching the first quarter, i would agree that Lumberton had the advantage. No finished drives though. Porter had some good plays on defense as well. I'll also admit that the lightning delays took my interest out of the game and i mentally checked out haha. 

Come on now, this again? Shutting us out? From the video I saw we were running the ball decent, and had at least two sacks in half a quarter.. But we would have got shut out.... 

Stop with the sorry guys, just glad for all the hard work you and the rest do to make this site the best. You do your best and hope for the best

I would never call any program a joke because by doing that you are insulting the kids who are working their tails off for those programs.  That's probably one of many differences between the two of us.  I would however call you a joke.  I'm not easily amused or entertained by folks like you who run around beating their chest and talking down about everyone else.  I've found that most people who do that usually have some insecurities that they are covering up or "compensating" for.   

I pray to god to keep all our kids safe and all there kin going to games this year safe

Personally, I would've liked to have seen some PAM vs MC Schools in non-district leading up to this season. That being said, these schools having not played each other should lead to some interesting, if not entertaining atmosphere.
Nederland, PNG, Vidor and Lumberton are a bit different than North Shore, Deer Park, La Porte and West Brook. 

I love coach Allen's enthusiasm.  During Saturday'a scrimmage, a DB intercepted a pass...  The DB (and everyone else) stopped...  Coach ran the sidelines, told him to run.  He ran like 50 yards with him to the end zone and celebrated with him.  Lol

Cameron Malveaux from HF will start on the d-line for the second straight year at UH. 6'7 and 290 lbs. And runs a 4.8. Coaches there feel like he will have a monster year and get drafted in a good spot

I'm sorry but for a team with so much talent, didn't yall exit the second round of playoffs last year just as NED and PNG did? You can brag about all the talent you want, but it doesn't come down to who has the most D1 recruits, comes down to team football with no mistakes and execution on both sides of the ball along with coaching!  smh

Well he-(Durley)- was under tremendous pressure to play players based on who their fathers/relatives were and not their ability. The team struggled and wasnt winning.Coach Durley manned up and played the best players on a consistent basis and won a state championship in the school's first year of existence. I dont think he ever considered quitting but he did feel the pressure but handled it very well.

My team is pretty gritty and we over achieve. Never had too many athletes to my knowledge, but we do our best.
