I completely understand what you're saying jnunn, but I hope we prepare for them like they are the defending state champs in that week of practice. I would hate to look back and say we didn't go into the game taking it seriously enough. Besides,  we thought we would win by more than we did last year. I like the mentality of player who thinks he's the underdog and his team doesn't get enough respect, even if the truth is the exact opposite.

In last year's game, they didn't respect our wideouts at all, as seen by cb and Lb blitzes leaving them wide open. I don't blame them either cus we didn't give them a reason to. This made a huge impact on that game as shown by our score. Hopefully we've worked on our passing game a little more this year, if by some miracle the run game becomes unaffective and we need to go to it. I don't why we wouldn't, especially with our stud tight end Lilley out there!!!!  8) 8) 8)

I'm having trouble listening to the game, any suggestions? (the page pops up and the only thing that is showing is the little buffering ring like it's trying to load but nothing happens.)

First of all, ced was not even double teamed by us, secondly, if you knew anything about football, you would know that you can only get so much from stats, PARTICULARLY IN A WEAK DISTRICT(not including huffman of course). I don't why it doesn't make sense to you, that if somebody is really deserving of FIRST team all state, why the voter's should take into account his performance against other d-1 talent(not rb's, linemen). If I was really trying to bash, then I would say ford doesn't deserve it based on his SECOND game against us, but I know he's been big in plenty of games against quality opponents THROUGHOUT THE SEASON, yes, even including the playoffs. It's just this particular one that I don't understand. Also I don't care is my posts are making you mad, after seeing plenty of just stupid and idiotic posts by MANY huffman fans including you, I don't think there's much respect to be had for huffman fans either.(the ones that are on this site)

how did ced reed get  1st team all state? He plays in a weak district and he was a non-factor in the game against coldspring.
