I must say. I’m thoroughly shocked. O was asked earlier today…. ‘Ey, are you going to the BU game’? I replied ‘ ____ no! I’m done looking at horrible football. And WB going to put 50 on us!’ Turns out I was wrong. I would have loved to have been in attendance to see BU pull off the shocker. Congrats, ‘Wolves! -

AND BU with this interception #3. I wouldn’t be surprised if the stats for the year show that we have more complete passes to the other team. -

Put this in perspective. BU has almost 125 penalty yards and are still winning 25-0. Smh -

And with horrible 3 and out (again) I’m tuned OUT of this game. Just inexcusable. -

Our offense is probably the worse in the district. We can’t pass accurately. When the pass is thrown correctly, we drop passes. We can’t run. And we lose more yards than we gain. On top of that, our defense give up lots of big plays. -

I get what he’s saying, I just don’t agree with it at all. There’s a difference. Seems to me that you’re implying that my comprehension skills are lacking…. -

We’ve also had a discussion on how taxes are paid. If they’re there working, living, buying groceries, ect, then some of that’s going to taxes. Continue wondering I guess. -

I work in an area school district and the Spanish population is the majority. However, theory football team this year may be the best in SETX. Kind you there are some Latino kids on the team. I’ll answer your questions honestly though. If they were already attending Cleveland, I would leave them there. Only. Cause I don’t believe in uprooting and moving kids around like that. second question, Yes. Third question, maybe it was ‘flight’. That is really a thing. -

More students, more state funding, more resources….. better chance of bonds getting passed meaning possibly another building with more classrooms getting built? -

What’s the real reason they are leaving for surrounding districts? Also, just inquiring. Is the Cleveland Soccer programs better since this growth? -

Seems I’m off topic. I should keep it football. With that being said, it’s not unheard of where football is played well by Latino kids. Like I’ve said before, communities will need to do a better job of sparking football interest really early with the kids. And Coaches will need to come up with more innovative ways to coach these new kids. It’s definitely possible if many are willing to step outside their normal coaching routine. -

If Silsbee started growing just like Lumberton was predicted to grow, I’m sure those local city officials would be happy for starters. And I repeat. We’ve discussed this topic before. And I was just as baffled back then as I am now… -

We’ve had this discussion before. ‘Unwanted growth’ to me is still the craziest thing that I’ve ever heard.
