Hammond and Gulley both finished with 32pts. I kind of figured that Gulley and Hammond would get theirs. I didnt' expect 32 from both. I'd expect 20ish. Thanks for those scores, man! I wish I could have attended this one.

It shouldnt' have taken us to do it. The game that yall played them earlier this year was similar to the game when we played them. Control of the game for 3 quarters and let them take it in the 4th. I just dont' think that nobody wants to see them right now. Just hope that somehow (very very slim chance) they stumble on one of the teams before our rematch.

Well, Nederland is Coached by English and they were second place. But a win is a win, especially with this young team. I just dont' like our odds for the rematch with Ozen. They all of a sudden became a well oiled machine after we played them.

YEOJ, they like his size. He's 6'6" and played a full year of varsity football. I'm happy for him, but we attended the same Ozen games and came to the conclusion that he didnt' show me much either. He had the height on his defenders, but tried to pull catches in with one hand and missed catches that had paydirt on them.

Central/Ozen. A classic! Coaches coaching, players playing. Star players being stars. This game had it all.

That's just what I was going to say.  That 4th quarter may get ugly if Dayton doesn't keep it going.

'DJ' from Ozen will be something.  He's good enough to be playing on Varsity.  I can't believe I forgot about him.

Best gym goes to  Ozens gym because there is a lot of room and just always seems like a 'big game' atmosphere.  Close second would go to EC gym.  Nice old school look and pretty darn good for a small school!
