Well, no. That's one of those things that happened. The FG got blocked in that game and the first time all last year. We had a good kicker. That was a great play by Dayton. on that play, the chances of Central missing that extra point was less than 10%. So the chances of making it was 90%. I'll take those chances with Coop's senerio.

Around this time of the game, I'm either excited, nerved up, or very very angry. In this case, I would be very excited at this point with the above senerio. I would kick the extra point and hope I win the coin flip. Obviously, your offense did someting to keep you in the game to this point. I wouldnt' go for the 2 points at the end of regulation because your either a genius or a dope. 50/50 chance. I'm conserative so the FG would be kicked by me.

Well, they are 3-0. I know, we obviously can see that. But it great because Dayton has a chance to knock Lumberton silly out there and laugh at the rankings. Let's see if it will pan out that way. If Dayton can move the ball, they will win. This years Raider team unlike others in years past has a defense that is better than their offense.

I dont' think they can pull it off at Bulldog stadium. They will have the homefield advantage and will be fired up with their new scoreboard and all.

There was an incident 10+ years ago when a couple of Central students (band members) got into it with Ball fans. It started off with Ball fans throwing ice on the band members as they walked by. Some of them were hollering' Yea, we're the ones that beat up Barney (that purple dinosaur). True story.

Kelly is good, no doubt. They need to cut down on the fumbles. If they do, sky is the limit for them. the talent is there.

Yea, I like stalworth. When my Jags was last there, the jumbo-tron wasnt' working. But overall, the way the beachers are made are very inovative! I was very impressed.

Deer Park field. I love the way that jumbo-tron sits over that glittery turf. Well it look glittery from where I was. I love Thorn Stadium (Aldine). Very nice. Looks like a tinted press box and has a whole lot of room. I like WO-S stadium too with the concrete bleachers? I havn't been there in a while, but this is what I remember. Very comfortable! But that North Shore stadium is in a league of its own. Verrrry nice!
