  1. It's like night and day. Mavs getting ran out the gym. And it's baaaaaaaad! Mavs loosing their composure.
  2. There is no doubt that the purpose of this thread was to throw a shot at lumberton, since they have never made a playoff appearance. I hope they make the playoffs and make a good run.
  3. Houston Sterling made it to the second round of the playoffs and lost to Brenham. Their defense wasnt' realy that good, but that passing offense.... :o :o
  4. It actually was. The thing I hate the most is that we were totaly out-hussled in the 4th. We'll do our thing saturday. Great game by the Jazz.
  5. Ozen and Kountze. nuff said!
  6. Why didnt' you pick the Jazz on the survey?
  7. You right! Because even though T-mac had a terrible first half, we was still in it. p.s. Please dont' use t-mac and 'back' inthe same sentence, if you know what I mean... ;) Ooooh lawd! ;D
  8. I'm stuck in the middle here. A part of me hopes that Iverson and Carl win a championship. The other part of me wants to be a homer and take the spurs. I guess i'm leaning more toward the Nuggets. Dosn't realy matter though, either one will get crushed by my rockets. ;D ;D ;D
  9. Yao will be consistant, because he will score at will. I would just like when he recieves the entry pass in the post, he would keep the ball high, or just face up and shoot it over the top. And all that fouling Yao and knocking him down will do nothing but put him onthe line, where he is the best free throw shooting big man inthe league. Pick your poison, Jazz.
  10. I agree. 'Pop' is a hell of a coach, and will make game 2 adjustments. This will be a chest match becuase George Carl will have his boys ready.
  11. Fisher don't know this, but that was the momentum shift. Yes, I was standing there with my mouth :o wide open. This coming from a big shot maker and a champion, and he blew a layup.
  12. The Nuggets have a good mixture of defense (Camby, the leading shot blocker and Iverson, always inthe top 10 in steals) and offense (Iverson and Mello, the leagues leading scorer before the suspension). Spurs will need more from duncan than 15 points. Either Iverson or Mello have to be contained!!
  13. I'm going for the Mavs in this one, but I think that the Mavs will underestimate the Warriors and will lose the series. I hope I'm wrong.
  14. Rockets in 4 yall. Jazz will pose problems, but too much yao and t-mac for this one.
  15. this will go the whole 7. The Warriors are the most hottest team coming inthe playoffs. Powered by BD, J-Rich, and Steve Jackson, this team will make the mavs dig real deep for this series win.
  16. Spurs in 6. Dont' think the Carmello and A.I. Will go out quietly!
  17. :o :oWeak? Wasn't it the second place team from this 'weak district' that sent BH packing the first round? Our third place team nederland would have moped the floor with those guys.
  18. Thanks for the compliment. The Suns did have me on the edge of my seat. They will be a handful if we meet in the playoffs.
  19. yea, where are those Suns fans? ;D ;D ;D. Anyways, great win for my rockets. Playing as a team can make beating even the most formatable foes more easy. Way to go rockeeeeeeeeets!!<clap, clap, clap>
  20. Where is Steve Francis and 'cat' Mobley? I think they should have been on there, if they gonna put Barkley on there. I enjoyed watching those guys. They gave their all for us, IMO.
  21. Spurs would be the front runner, no doubt. The defense they bring every night is unrivaled. Second, the Mavs, which you have to give them respect because they are the defending western conference champions. The Rockets are the dark horse is the pack, and will suprise a lot of people. If the rest of the team plays like they did in Yao's absence, sky is the limit for this rockets team.
  22. I'm hyped! That's what I'm talking about. All the rockets products of past and present. <clap, clap, clap>
  23. the name of the post is 'all year' I can think of some great hits I've seen over the years.
  24. Hardest hit I've seen all year was a scramble by our QB. he then wento oposite of the play against the grain and there was several 'decleater blocks' vs. Nederland. It was ugly! Since we talking about hits, a Lamarqe player found himself seated on his dairy-air after getting truck-sticked by Brandon Williams. Williams normaly dosn't show emotion, but he turned and looked at him. Priceless.
