And I'm loving it. 2 of my friends are die hard laker fans. Yao was a beast. although t-mac didnt' have a good shooting night, he was knocking down his free throws and was dishing the rock. That's what championship teams do. Much props to Kobe though. Dude scored 53 points, despite having a terrible 3rd period. he could have poured in 65. Poor kirk snyder, Kobe was too much of a handful. Nevertheless, the rockets showed poise and pulled off the win. This game had a playoff atmosphere, which will have us ready for the Jazz sunday. Way to go, Rockets! ;)

It would be a good game, but I dont' think Memorial would be on the schedule any time soon. The have some pretty good teams they play...Houston Lamar is one, they was playing at one point Midland Lee, Lufkin. Teams like that, the big boys. If that dosnt' make you battle tested, then what would? If I was memorial, I would keep it the same. This is from memorials' standpoint. But us Jags, if you wanna suit up and line up against us, we'll play you.

I dont' think I'll pick. I would want WO-S on the schedule because they are always gonna give you a game, no matter what classification you're in. And by playing them, you quickly see what you need to work on for the playoffs. We already play Dayton, WB, and we played jasper in 2005. I would love to see Memorial instead of Baytown Lee or Houston Sterling.

I would normaly go with Ned - PN-G because that's always a fierce rivalry and a lot of good playoff indications, but Imma have to go with Dayton/Central. Sorry, that 1 point win just didn't digest well last year. ;D

1. Central - We have something to prove, starting with Dayton. We have the athletes to compete and great coaching. #3 Will be a man among boys at RB. 2. Dayton - They have a monster returning in A. J. Dugat and a young gun in the QB that had a full year of varsity under his belt. Their defense will be ready 3 or 4...either/or...Ozen/Nederland, with the edge going to Nederland. What more can you say about nederland. They are always talked about because they dont' have d1 talent or dont' have the athletes, yet, they always find their way in the playoffs. Amazing. Great coaching in Midcounty. Ozen always have athletes, always! If there is coaching to mold that talent, who knows. Ozen is gonna be flying under the radar and will suprise people, just watch and see. there is my teams and why.

Well, it's normaly Central inthe speed catagory, but speed dosnt' always win games. I remember a few years ago, PN-G had some MEAN HOGS that wouldn't miss their block at all! I would rather a team like that anyday, than a team full of speed. give me speed where it counts, on the outside.

no excuses...we lost Yao and still exceeded our expectations. We have him back, now we're gonna try for a championship. Let's just see how it goes.

I love that pirate flag with their away jerseys. Their home jersey is also plain jane. I almost forgot about the Memorial helmet design....nice!overal, it's a toss up between Lumberton and West Brook. Don't know which one is the best.

Well, I could give a crap about the regular season. Everyone is 0-0 when the playoffs roll around, and trust me, NO team wants to see us inthe playoffs, not even your mighty Suns.

I do like the PN-G unies, but nothing tops our away jerseys...the white chest area with the gray collar area with the big maroon numbers. I love Dayton's horseshoe helmet. I'd have to say the best overal jersey would have to be Lumberton and the West Brook jersey. Lovin that big WB. I love Lumberton's home unies. Nederland jersey is too plain jane, but I do like the 'old english' N though. Ugliest overall unies would be Ozen's, without a doubt.

Very good test in a very talented Pistons team. Be took down the best in the east. We I know even when we had a 20 pt lead they would make a run. We showed our charactor to hold them off. I got up and ran all around my house when Worrell said 'The Great Wall rose up to seal the game'! Gooooooo rockets!

I Think the panthers will be in the playoff race. Dont sleep on them. There is always talent that comes through their halls. The question is will coach mold that talent into success.

Leeland McElroy (central), Chip Ambres(Brook), Rayburn Morris(Ozen),Ken Beasley (WO-S), Jamal Charles(Memorial), Micah Mosely(Nederland), and Dustin Long(PN-G). These are the best ever I've seen from these respective schools.

Yes, Duriso was insane the way he single-handedly escorted Central out PN-G Gym with a loss. He torched use left and right and pointed to the doors as the clock showed 0.00. :-[

Whatever...They have to put the pads on just like we do. No excuses. I didnt' see the last westfield/brook game, but I did see the 2005 one, and brook could have won that game. Too many mistakes. Just like we could have beaten Lamarque, if we would have made adjustments early on in the game.

Jags will be a force, that's for sure. Don't sleep on the Bulldogs though. They always manage to claw themselves in the thick of things. Dont' be suprised this year. The panthers will also be better than some think!
