For whatever it's worth, there are several middle class families that attend BU. I'd venture to say it's about even at WB. Believe it or not, many middle class families just refuse to move or live in the west end. I personally know MANY of those families personally. So I'm not buying that wealthy thing too much...

I only say that because I can see a garbage time TD being give up. And those guys have no defensive speed. You'll out athlete them for those points...

I see what you're saying. Ozen, Central, and United has dominated WB in basketball, but no one dismisses football. People on this side of town actually care about winning and beating them. Apparently, more emphasis is placed in football on the West End.

Keep in mind, I'm not dismissing bad coaching at United. I'm just saying that coaching cant fix players fumbling multiple times in games.

Well, not a bad overall showing from our local bands. I see I's across the board with worse being II's. Special shout out to the West Brook and United bands having limited practices during the floods and still managed to get Excellent ratings.

Look guys... coaching has been questionable, no doubt. But the last 2 games, there were thrown interceptions the last two games. This last game, 2 were thrown. This last game, there was another sack that was taken on 4th down. Coaches can't throw the ball away. Coaches also can't control the QB and make him throw to open receivers and not to double covered receivers. This 3 game skid is a combination of both kids not making plays and questionable playcalling.

Did he pull a Sam McGuffie and hurdle a tackler? Great stuff!!

WB and United has the same amount of talent and athleticism. There is a huge difference in coaching though... but it's also a mind thing. I dont know what it is, but when WB lines up across from United (and Ozen and Central), you just get wierd and uncharacteristic play. I just don't get it.

Seems the runny game worked. Smith is a run the ball coach si its nut surprising they ran the ball and stayed committed to it. QB was inky asked to throw 4 times by the Coach. Foster completed 4 passes all complete, 2 TD's and NO interceptions. Defense played well. I have no issues with this great performance...

That's a dang shame because BU has way more athletes than Shoemaker and now TF has that team flourishing...

I wasn't at this game, but I followed it. You're not gonna beat anyone when you throw 2 INT's, one in the end zone. You're not going to win when you spot teams 21 points either. You're also not gonna win when you have the last possession with lots of time and cant even get out of your territory. I'm thoroughly disgusted and I think it's time to shake some things up and throw some kids in the fire and sww what they can do and take others and change position. I also think its time that someone take our OC's headset and take over. What is there to lose now? We need major help just to get in the playoffs. Help I dont think we'll get. Heck, we cant even hold up our end. It'll be a stretch of the imagination to beat LaPorte, let alone Deer Park.
