  1. Plenty of oportunities to score points, especially on the long run at the beginning of the game. Kid was run down from behind and on the ensuing few downs, couldn't get in the end zone. Showed me that we could move the all against a team like that. You just can't have mistakes like interceptions. I think we did as good as we could against the NS offense. We gave up some passes, one of which was a blown coverage. NS will go on to win state. We are just trying to find an identity. Two different paths. I just hope that time day, United will be established enough to come day, we can play with them. Only time will tell.
  2. Perhaps in the district with us and PA...
  3. I'm going to be following this Jasper team. Very interested to know how good this team will be once the length gets on the court. And during the scrimmage, several United fans thought Jasper was ranked. I told them they wasn't (then looking at tabc).
  4. You mentioned King. King about to make the playoffs, same as last year. Hiw is that disappointing?
  5. Yes indeed. But we have some things to work on to hold true to that ranking. Hopefully all that is ironed out before the season tip off...
  6. Didn't even post on the JV thread. Amazing..
  7. I'm surprised that we haven't gotten our weekly asinine post from that guy...
  8. Ok. Once you get that, yall will be good.
  9. Yea, Jasper has a scrappy bunch that plays good defense and they have like 3 guards that can get to the cup any time they want. Its just they have no real length down low. Once United figures out that they'll have many opportunities for them to shoot and they should actually TAKE the shots, SheWolves will be fine. Also, our bigs need to work on their shooting touch on the block. Memorial has a couple of guards that can play. Nice handles. Actually, there's a nice looking big on JV that should be on varsity, IMO... Didn't really see anything out of the ordinary from West Brook...
  10. I had lots of bad stuff to say about this, but looking at it from WB's perspective, I'm not that mad anymore. It's the coach's job to keep the kid's beat interest in mind. They get the favorable bracket with a home playoff game. I understand, but dont agree. I wish WB well in their quest. It's just now, the high standards and respect I had for the WB coaching staff just went down a tad bit.
  11. 👀👀👀👀👀👀👀😲😲😲😲
  12. I was really hoping that's really not the case. Lol
  13. Ok. Thanks for clarifying that @5GallonBucket.
  14. I never knew he was from Houston..
  15. I guess in some wierd average of overall kids and/or average difference in kids from different schools factored in with average amount of schools. I don't have the number, but this is all I can come up with. In other words, I would love to see the formula. I'm sure there's one somewhere.
  16. Well, like BG has said before, PAM has been on a gradual decline for several consecutive realignments... remember, they were about 2600 ish when they combined, I believe..
  17. Around the area of 2,050
  18. Going D-1 doesn't necessarily mean you'll play schools close to your size. I believe all schools in that Cypress district are schools pushing 3600 and more. I'm sure there's other districts in the region thats like that too...
  19. OMG, THIIIIS!
  20. THIS!
