Just a thought... Silsbee has played against teams that sustain drives and eat up clock and beat them by 21 whole scoring 28 points... This defense has seen a lot. I don't think they'll be overwhelmed by anything that Cuero will throw at them.

I just did my research on them. They try to put #3 and many positions to cause missmatches. WR, RB, QB... He is actually a solid safety... But I think Silsbee's defense will be ready having to chase Newton, PN-G, and WO-S around... The main qb , think he's #7, is ok, but I think he can be contained. But the Gobblers Stoll have to contend with a good rotation of 4 RB's and 2 pretty sure handed and athletic wr's in White and Turk.

Yea, I gave the offense a pass. See you'd have to have been there to see how hard it was raining. And it was consistent hard rain. I've been going HS football games a long time. This might've been the hardest its rained... That and winds that was whirling all over the place. Slippery field, slippery ball, cold hands... I think Silsbee did great to score 2 offensive TD's...

Silsbee's defense is what sold me on Silsbee. They get after it on the run, they hit hard, and there are some ball hawks in the secondary. Silsbee's O has been moving the ball pretty consistently against pretty much anyone. I honestly think that Cuero gets overwhelmed by the overall team speed of Silsbee....

I'm sure they'll be more fans since this is the State Semifinals and I'm sure several West Brook graduates that reside in the Houston area will be there to support their old school... But I do think this stadium will suffice...

Just basing it off of Westlake's situation. Had they been healthy, I wouldn't have said that. It looks outlandish and silly (my prediction) but watch...WB defense is playing. That's the ex factor... And I know they have Dodge, but WB don't have Flannigan or Rhabb as HC. Peevey has been doing a great job, and just keeps doing a good job with the kids.
