Silsbee needs to keep the offense balanced and chill on the stupid holding away from the ball. No need to hold on the non playside. I have no gripes on the defense.. except a defended pass can be the difference between a given up TD and your offense getting the ball back... Silsbee will be fine and up to this point, the Silsbee coaching staff didn't screw this up...

This sounds like a score to expect...

And let me say this.... I have several close friends that are from Orange... I don't know if it a for personal reasons or because of his coaching skills, many don't like Coach T or the coaching staff... No matter what, I think he can coach and I know he'll have those kids from the Fruit ready to ball Friday....

Yes they did, but not much with the rest of the team... As compared to the other dominant Ozen teams from before. And Ozen had some dominant teams under him... My point is he did a great job coaching that '07 team. I was impressed as I seen them March through the playoffs. I remember thinking, this team... No way they are good enough to get past 3 rounds. I was so wrong...

That was a great feat. But he did split with Central that year though. Actually, the loss was in Vidor that year....

And by the way, I refuse to reply to asinine and ignorant posts from posters with NO credibility and one's that fish for validation from other posters (consign). But I will go and watch a Nederland game. I hope the kid does well.

He did. That he worked magic. I never said English wasn't a good coach. I just think the debate between him and Bou is a little one sided, if I'm making any sense.

Don't discredit Boute. Yea, he had some talent, but the man has been doing it for longer than English, so there's the experience factor as well. Also, the trip to state in 2007 with probably the least talented squad he's coached (meaning pound for pound talent that we were accustomed to seeing from Ozen ) pretty much sold me because I definitely doubted Bou's coaching ability up to that point...
