United played good enough to win here. Left several TD's on the field. Score should've been in the 40's. But at this point, you'll just take the wins. For a team under .500 fighting for a playoff spot, it was somewhat impressive in the fact that United did hold this team to 14 points, the same team that scored 21 on West Brook. The offense definitely needs to keep going with things that work (playaction TD pass) vs things that DIDNT work (runs up the middle with 9 men in the box). Run blocking was bad, it was able to outathlete Chanelview. Now the big loss is the RB #28 I believe. Kid ran are all night and got a dirty tackle on a horse collar tackle and bend him backwards really bad. My prayers sent out. All I have to say is they better beat LaPorte and Deer Park and get in the playoffs. Expectations are high with this HC so anything less than a playoff spot is a failure. Nice sitting with Mr. And Mrs. Alpha Wolf and JagMarine95 !

Realistically, you only need 1 win to punch your ticket. Only 5 teams, the team with no wins will be sitting at home more than likely...

Strange. I've seen the H-F QB this summer and he was throwing some nice passes and has a really good and athletic receiver to throw to. Are those kids balling out?

How many yards have the Panther QB thrown for? I know H-F will want to throw the ball, QB is nice... How does Libery's secondary fare?

This will be a very interesting game and will tell a lot about this district. I expected Liberty to have a say in the district title. Evidently, H-F is the real deal. I noticed H-F this summer when seeing the QB and those very good athletes in person.

Also, why is Woodville not ranked... Or even receive a vote? Woodville is very good...

So Memorial just got beat and still haven't gotten even a vote. Crosby took a loss and are still ranked.. like I said, the AP polls have been horrible the last few years for SETX. And why does West Brook not even get a vote? Smh

Channelview hung tough with Brook for most of the First half and I hear they have 2 good RB's and a nice QB from a Brook fan. We couldn't beat King when their star player was out. I just looked at the standings of 11 5A . If PN-G goes on to win district, probably looking at Houston Sterling or Willowridge.... Possibly Manvel depending on how they finish. PN-G will mop the floor with the first two and can beat Manvel just like Crosby did. On a side note, Marshall still lurks and they are scarey good...
