Congrats to Bulldogs. Very sloppy and ugly game and you pulled it out. Silsbee had many chances. Defense played after the 1st quarter. I see improvement, but we still need work on better blocking and passing. Nederland will be fine and are very good running the ball. They'll probably be playing for the district title in their district.

Not sure what's wrong with him. He was the one that was the most upset on the sidelines at the Newton game. I hope it a not that he rubbed one of the coaches the wrong way when he was upset on the sidelines....

So who's going off? the sophmore QB or the all world RB?

I saw some things Silsbee needed to work on. Hopefully they were busting tail to get those issues resolved... Will there will be a problem with in game adjustments.... Silsbee haven't done it yet.. their opponents did PN-G and Newton. I think Nederland will as well. Hopefully I'm proven wrong from Silsbee's coaching staff....

HISD schools play at like 1 of 5 stadiums in Houston. No telling which one. You have to check your schedule. Stadium is not at Furr HS...

This will be an uphill battle.. Silsbee has faced two of the top QB's in SETX. The Nederland QB isn't as good, but can make plays. I don't think it will be a blowout, it I expect another loss.... Unless offense playcalling can get creative and not redundant... And for Pete's sake, please stop playing 15 yards off the receiver. Let them prove they can beat you. Nederland - 35 Silsbee - 21

The cheap hit was the excuse last year. What was the excuse the fall of 2016? I'll wait. Silsbee has one of the toughest schedules in SETX. PN-G and Newton would beat the hell out of Jasper as well. Have great satisfaction in that...

I mean, he's the Jasper guy flying in on a post laughing and snickering and knowing they not on the schedule. Easy to take jabs when they not on the schedule. Their choice. Beat them the last 2 times they played.
