  1. So would y'all say the more concern was on the offensive or defensive side of the ball? Sounds like our special teams is legit....
  2. I still would've like them to be more competitive in this. There were things that could've been done as far as playcalling in the second half that could've made it happen.
  3. I would've been posting from the game but there was crappy reception for my crew and I at the Rez. First of all, congrats, Indians. Great game plan and an even better game from Boy Wonder. He had a 'perfect' game, meaning he threw accurate completed passes. The first tackler never brought him down. He ran around tiger defenders, he jumped over them, he stiff armed some, and he even spent off some. Even when he was bottled up, he was still able to throw the ball away. Seems like no lost yardage for him. Such and awesome talent and a beauty to see him so polished after seeing him 2 years ago week 1. Late in the game, PN-G just started leaning on Silsbee. O-ljne decent size, but there is one monster up there and they ran behind him all night long. Indians will do well in the new district and in the playoffs Silsbee actually played good and was competitive early. The two long TD runs... The fored fumble. We didn't score after that, which I felt needed to happen. Young qb play killed us that drive taking two huuuge mistakes putting us in third and a mile. Momentum change was after the huge catch by #22. After that, seconds in the half, we were looking to go into halftime 28-21. Instead, 35-14 hole. It all went downhill from there....BTW, the power run game was working, why go into the 'wild tiger'? Didn't look comfortable and probably shouldn't have been tested against a team like PN-G when we needed to score on damn near EVERY possession. We move on, and the schedule won't get any easier. Newton on the road. Good thing is they won't be as big as PN-G and the Foster kid is no Boy Wonder, but he can still make plays and Newton has 3 gamers. Have to be ready and unleash our gamers the WHOLE game, not just for a half. PS.....Biaplayer , enjoyed the halftime phone convo. Couldn't make it over to meet up with you, lots of family members on deck to entertain. Catch you on a Silsbee bye week or playoff game.
  4. Make sure y'all don't crowd up the visitor's side. I'll be headed out in 30 mins..
  5. Someone cue that music.
  6. Well I be damn. Lol
  7. I can say i have NO ties to PN-G, and ONLY 1 tie to Silsbee.
  8. Thanks to you, I'm super ready for Friday to get here. I may actually get there extra early so I can park in the actual parking lot.
  9. *puts shades on with a smirk*
  10. Yea buddy. He was a special talent and fun to watch. Unstoppable at Ozen and flourished at Silsbee with an offense perfect for his skills.
  11. True, He did bulk up from his junior year (at Ozen) to his senior year (at Silsbee) put in about 15 lbs of muscle, but he was far from a bruiser. When they played PN-G 2 years ago, Tyler's if plays were made making players miss and running past them. Now he did stiffarm some small players... Here's his senior highlights, including vs. PN-G [Hidden Content]
  12. Lol. Calvin Tyler didn't run over anyone. He runs by you with a move and outruns you...lol
  13. I see what you did there. Lol. But all truth.
  14. Do they water their field like LC-M does?
  15. And PN-G avoided Silsbee last year..
  16. Lol. Haven't seen the big girl in years. I almost forgot about that. Lol
  17. Yea, they kept some songs from both bands. Evidently, they kept some church song Ozen used to play too...
  18. Both of them are annoying, so same results, either song.Lol
  19. ... It was a WO-S guy that referenced 'non physical speed' .
  20. Lmbo!
  21. Ummm... Momentum? Velocity? Torque?
  22. Lol. That dude still haven't explained that physical speed nonsense....
  23. True on everything you said....
