  1. Yea, I think next year it's at their place...
  2. I remember there was a team from I believe Louisiana or Oklahoma that played Vidor a couple of years ago and they were taken to the woodshed. I also remember a team from North Carolina that Ozen played a few years ago and Ozen beat them and Ozen's RB had like 300 yards rushing. Just saying, line up, strap up, shut up, and prove it....
  3. That was ALSO Coach Smith's first varsity game as HC and Silsbee's first game under a new offense and defense. There was also a RB controversy as well. Y'all did good to put that game away. This year, 3rd year, stout defense, and 3 years under the system. Also, a few 3 year starters, most on defense. But the game still will need to be played. So, well see, but I doubt that it'll be an easy put away type game...
  4. Lol. You crazy....
  5. I was told that Nederland knows how to handle speed after they saw Memorial already. The Fernandez kid I think will play, but probably will be dinged up. Think it'll be a good game but Nederland at come up 1 score short. .
  6. Lol. Me and Yeoj were just talking about that. He said after seeing it on Thursday at the Rez.
  7. Lol. Funny guy...
  8. This is definitely an inaccurate statement, but I'm not going to elaborate on it. It's over and it's time to show everyone as week 1 approaches.....
  9. Your opinion. You're entitled to it... I also happen to think the same when it comes to y'all playing Newton in a couple of weeks....
  10. I disagree. In PN-G's district, they will play good running teams. Difference is they run it our of shotgun and spread. Still, you need to see your defense do well against teams that run well....
  11. Why are everyone so offense? No one said anything about WO-S not making another championship push. We're going in observations from a scrimmage. It don't matter that it a happened in the past, but THIS YEAR, they were dominated by Vidor, and we already knew this would be an inexperienced squad. Wouldn't shock me or others at all if they don't suffer a loss this year. It also wouldn't surprise me if they lose a couple of games on their schedule. I truly hope they do good this year.
  12. United's defense is coming along well. If our offense can sustain drives and give the defense rest, I see us competing well in this one....
  13. They very well could be 19 points better than WO-S. Maybe 12, maybe 6. I don't think WO-S is down, they are a little behind the learning curve at this point, but they'll be fine. I do think Silsbee is very good. Defense is the best it's been under Coach Smith.
  14. Yea, the star receiver is gone... Made life very easy for everyone...
  15. That's very subjective.... But hey.... *shuggs shoulder*
  16. Silsbee - 34 The Boy Wonders - 24
  17. Silsbee's defense is more physical and faster than PN-G's. Silsbee should be equipped to slow that Indian offense down. PN-G will have heck stoping silsbee's 3 headed monster. Speed kills. Won great run blocking, I look for silsbee to own time of possession and will Probably just put the speed in space...
  18. Probably the fact that Brook has probably one of the most talented receiver corps in the state. I believe 4 of them have multiple d-1 offers. Those kids can go and will get open and make plays all season against any competition...
  19. Really really interesting. Was this the same Vidor team I seen last week in Silsbee? Only the FB looked like he could go and Silsbee shut the first team out. Now tonight, WO-S was COMPLETELY dominated.
  20. He'll play. Probably put a red vest on him, but he'll be able to throw..
  21. Last when I purchased one, it was about 3 bucks.....
  22. I'm making that game... We'll hook up. And ummm. I'm ok with sitting on Pam's side. Lol. Pam... Like Tommy's Pam in Martin. Lmbo!
