I think Stower's thing was defense. He went to the wishbone that 1 year (2008) because of the OC they hired that year...because of you remember, he ran spread offenses the previous 3 years... Now Matthews runs that wing-t to perfection and has done it every year. Defense wasn't his forte.

The ohh they want some from Central and the Ozen Panthers for life songs were very catchy. I just hope they keep both of those...

I knew what the question was . I just threw another wrinkle in there for a possible deeper discussion. I haven't seen Carpenter Olay, but I've seen Sneed and Parquet many times. They'd be a lot better. Parquet is a man among boys and his talents are currently shining on the 6a level. He would've been wrecking shop in Sour Lake.

If that were the case, you'd remove Sneed since he a not an original Hawk?

How about a nod to the pars of town the schools are seated. Central -Old Town Ozen - Pear Orchard Old Pear High, and I'm ok with the Drillers, Hurricanes, or any other big cat as the mascot. Colors are the schiik'a secondary colors, blue and gray/gray and blue.

They make it seem like that's a huge ongoing issue and that's not the case. Happens sometimes. Now there are bigger issues at both campuses NOT getting addressed. had they been addressed, I would agree...
