Game will be pretty close.. Ozen moved the ball well on a seasoned Vidor defense last night. But Central should win just flat out having more talent and more depth. This would be the theming point for Central. Put this team away early, get better and avoid injury and see if you can get good enough to hopefully knock off Nederland or PN-G..

Its really hard to say. Vidor has played 2 scrub offenses. Nederland did until they bogged down a strong Memorial offense. I haven't seen Nederland with my own eyes, but I'd say it's a toss up at this point. I was told that Nederland's defense was coached up and executed the game plan to a 'T'. Vidor's defense flies to the ball with sure tackling and hard hitting and does well never slowing yac yards... I think Vidor will have to pass some against Nederland and can't just line up and run like they've done against Central and Ozen....

These pIrates fly to the ball and HIT. Those Ciccio twin's name was called all night and they're beasts. Vidor ran the ball well and block well. Vidor was so physical on offense, that late in the game, it seemed that Ozen was running from blocks... Ozen had success passing the ball, but Vidor's great open field tackling prevented yac yards...

I looked up and I seen the spaceship flying over bulldog stadium , dropping off aliens and many bulldogs getting abducted.. So they do exist....

And BINGO was his name-O...

Y'all still mad about the Memorial kids both shaking y'all kid's hand. Again, y'all do realize that during the REAL coin toss by the field house, those kids shook hands already. when the game starts, yes, they didn't shake hands. It was the big game psychological edge. Almost like when the team captains meet at the 50 yard line and his team takes a couple of steps from the sidelines.. psychological from that point. But y'all probably already knew this... The PA kids do respect their opponents, contrary to popular belief...

Sucks for me, but ohh well...

Well, Silsbee beat them pretty handily last year because they were nothing but Sophmores and Juniors. Shadow Creek is a new school. They pull from the same talent pool as 5a and 6a power Manvel. Well, this year is their first senior class. They should be loaded..

The thing about Kennadale... They return dang near everyone from last year. They were young. I agree. WO-S will be in a battle...

I didn't go to the game. I listened to the broadcast. I thought Barnes was on offense and the Stang DB held him and got a defensive holding. Is that not what happened?

I did too... When your d-1 corner held the fastest kid in the state literally HELD him to prevent from getting ran by and got a penalty. Great mismatch. Same to y'all good luck on the rest of the way. This young squad will only get better...
