  1. Yes, but he had no idea of the great group of kids following up. He didn't forsee a 9-1 young squad LAST YEAR. No one seen it, including most WB faithful.
  2. Tomball was obviously only looking at the body of work.... A 9-1 regular season record, which, for a team that just finished 2-8 was a gold mine....but what do I know?
  3. Actually no. Anyone that knows me always makes sure that I'm not playing devil's advocate before debating with me, which I love to do.... Lol. so I actually comprehended both sides of the debate before the debate even started. Lol
  4. The headaches thing is very untrue. Other coaches, yes. Because had the incident never occured, he would've never left. He left because he lost all respect from his fellow co-workers for the asinine move that he pulled. I do completely agree with your last paragraph though....
  5. I didn't think so, but those parents with selective comprehension at West Brook did, which is why they were team Flanagan... Obviously, he wasn't team West Brook parents.
  6. Funny... Had several debates over the years about this and winning and facilities is a huge plus amongst coaches. Less headache bathat HE caused? Prior to the Camera incident, he had no headaches. And if he did the same thing in Tomball, he'd have the SAME headache. Just saying...
  7. Where's my thumbs down button?
  8. And to add more information to this, the parents supported him, but his fellow co-workers were not happy about this and expressed their displeasure, which rubbed him the wrong way. The working environment has changed at WB for him, so it was time for him to go. Information from a few employees at WB.
  9. No. They did so because I was amongst the few that expressed that he was wrong and should be punished. But they were adamant about standing behind their coach by saying he did no wrong and want him back...
  10. Makes more money, but inherited a team off a 3-7 season I believe, leaving behind a high classification in WB, more athletes, more talent, young talent, parents and boosters that obviously go above and beyond for their guy, and a pipeline of talent coming up and superior facilities. Makes a lot of sense to me...
  11. He would, but Neaumann left a high paying gig. Hes not going to coach. The old man is going to enjoy that retired life.
  12. I think they went above and beyond for him, selective comprehension and all. And all that for nothing. The great folks of the West End. How they ganged up on me and turned a blind eye now look at this mess. I just hope the kids can overcome...
  13. Heard this was going to happen during the Camera scandal....
  14. Probably why he didn't score any points...
  15. Isn't he a little dinged up?
  16. I heard Chatman his the game winning layup in the last few seconds..
  17. Casual observation. Most of the people th ata glad that he's reinstated is only because they want little Johnny to keep his starting spot and not have to compete for it next year.... At least that's word around town.
  18. Would it have been reasonable if no charges would have been filed AND he gets fired .... Or if he serves jail time AND gets to keep his job? Just a hypothetical question....
  19. Very great post... My thought process as well, but this falls on deaf (and sometimes ignorant) ears.
  20. Uhhh, WHAAAT?! Who said or implied that (besides your imagination)?
  21. Smh. Are all the district games gonna be scheduled like that?
  22. And here comes the amateur comedy club... Where only the front row of the crowd laughs...
