2 weeks off. I wonder what will be done? Vacation for the staff? Extensive work on an offense that's been inconsistent for 4 years? The staff and co. tailgate with his 'Brothers' at the Silsbee/WO-S? Install a new Jet Sweep just in time for Ozen? Contact Woodville ISD and ask that his application be reconsidered?

WB did have a situation to begin the year... When Livingston as thrown into 22-5a at the last minute, it sent a it of teams into a whirlwind to quickly change their schedule. It snowballed and effected West Brook because of Central. So West Brook had to scramble to get a game for week 1. I believe St. Plus agreed, which mean for the first time ever, West Brook wasn't going to plY Central... West Brook later took St. Pius off the schedule after Central was able to mix and match their schedule Nd put Central on the schedule for week 1. Long story short, West Brook's week 1 was the issue, not week 4 opponent... I'm sure that if brook would've been in a pickle and needed a game, they would schedule WO-S...

That's inexcusable... It took that long to get a first down...

There still high level players but at this point, they're just trying to perfect playing together... 2 players played on different programs last year and were pretty dominant in their own right, but now it's a out using your abilities go benefit the team. The team has gotten better each game and I expect them to get better even when lined up against the champs...

Very good points as well. Hence, playing a near perfect game. Slow starts can't happen here. This team is so experienced, you can't give them anything and play from behind because you'll start the snowball effect. You have to score and leave no points on the field because WO-S definitely won't. You can't be intimidated and take that. If hit and hold onto the ball. As song as you're moving the chains, I don't care about it. And you can't have turnovers and you CANNOT drop open passes. Seems to be the norm in the first 3 games. WO-S are playing championship football right now. But Silsbee has had a bye week to prepare... Your advantage. . Gotta make sure you use it...

Wouldn't really matter.. I doubt that online banter would determine the actions on the field...

They seem to just be getting after it... The d-line started to not get pushed around and the linebackers and safeties were able to come up quickly and make tackles. And the corners did well, one in particular, Bruce Newton , with a TD pass breakup... Obviously, WO-S will present a lot more problems than Jasper, but if they can get after it, they'll compete...

Based on the trend of scoring by the Stangs, they've pitched shutouts in each game while increasing the points that they put up each week. If they put up 61 on KIPP, then they should put up about 70 on Silsbee, right?

I was thinking the same thing about the stretch. WO-S is so fast and quick with shooting the gaps, they'll probably blow that play up before the handoff is actually done. I'm thinking more misdirection, counters, pass/run options to offset the Stang D.

It's a crying shame that a team won 9 starters back on defense with players that the Central staff has overseen for 4 years.... You you get this product on the field... This Vidor /PAM matchup better be for the district title proving that these two teams are indeed strong because if they end up looking mediocre at any point afterwards, then it'll confirm my suspicion of my own teams state of affairs....

No, not stepping on toes... Lol... Thinking about it, there honestly won't be much that changes...but Silsbee's D did pitch a 3 quarter shutout their last action before the bye. Maybe a little of that will show up in Orange Friday and make this a pretty decent game....

Central finished with 112 yards of offense in this game... Obviously from the many 3 and outs... Truely pathetic and unacceptable...
