I have them losing to Lufkin and The Woodlands in district. I have them finishing 7-3.

Could it be possible that West Brook is better than originally predicted? I still have Central Beating PAM this year... Channelview may make the playoffs by default... But they aren't good. Hurts kept that team competitive... The other team in Maroon has issues that will be worked out. they'll still compete for a district crown, with a tough game against a state power at home in district....

Understood but I think New Candy, Dayton (big rivalry game), and the Ant Mound will push y'all and have the capabilities to year y'all by double digits in any given night....

In the original predictions threat I picked Manvel 56-28 winners... 3 TD loss for Mecca of Football as we know it. I wasn't that far off....

I think the QB and wr's could work on some things, and they will... With Barnes being a great talent, it's hard to just not throw to him all the time... I think if the qb can throw with success to other players and/or look off receivers the passing game will be more potent.

Wasn't close, huh? Calvin Tyler finished with.... 23 Carries, 179 yards (just shy of 200 yards) , that's 7.8 ypc, and 3 TD's. But you said 'nowhere close'. But whatever...

I don't think nothing is wrong with the play calling... He likes to run stretch run plays. It works when the line blocks correct...when they blocked, big chunks of real estate was picked up...

The QB looked good... Has some good wheels. And pretty accurate on his passes, except the one pass that the receiver had to get on the elevator to go get. Didn't hurt that the receiver is a 6'4" monster...

The QB eyeballs one receiver the whole time, and everyone in the stadium knows who he will throw it to... When I was there, he only targeted 1 other receiver, and that pass was severely underthrown... Maybe if he can scan the field, or look off someone....
