Fact is that the BISD superintendent is NOT the highest paid in the state, which was previously stated by yourself. Nice way to try to clean it up though. So this tells me that you're still venting over situations that probably occured about 5 years ago... Poor facilities, right. Have you looked around you? If you were supporting PN-G, then you probably could have looked right across the tracks and see the schools that the neighbor's kids are forced to learn in. Why was that not mentioned. Some of those buildings are from the stone age and prior to this year, their basketball gym had an auditorium stage in it...

Things have been on the up and up. New administration has been in place like 3 years and the scum and slime has been slowely scrubbed away.

Did I get defensive because of poor facilities or the silly jokes (inaccurate jokes, May I add) being directed at a particular school district?

And please don't tell me you support a Pasadena school....

Not really sure about Central or West Brook, but Ozen has some pretty good on campus workout facilities as compared to other workout facilities that I've seen... PN-G, Silsbee, Crosby, ect... ...and BTW, our superintendent is NOT the highest paid in the state while you're taking an inopportuned moment to throw a jab....

It's been clarified already for a few weeks now....

I went to the new Jasper Stadium this year... It's really nice, but those small stands won't suffice. I'm glad they're adding more. Once they do that, that place will be REALLY nice!

But the Ozen coach played a lot of the bench for extended minutes, probably to get kids on the end of the bench playing time since the season's finale is near...

It was a horribly called game. PN-G Kids were allowed to travel all over the place. One possession, a kid traveled I counted 5 times and never called it. The next possession, an Ozen kid traveled, they called it with no hessitation. This is just a few of the many errors I've seen. Also, the foul count was very lopsided...

Tray Gib was a monster tonight early, but I'm so confused in why central never pressured Ozen the whole game while Ozen pressured Central.... Ozen dictated the slow tempo of the game all night. Central missed a lot of 3 pointers and missed about 12 free throws, but one of Ozen's big guns missed literally like 10 layups. Uncharacteristic for this young man. But Boyd took over late and put it away late... Good win for Ozen. Now let's go win in the playoffs and hopefully these two can dance again...

Do we even have to discuss how Toby wanted the Ozen job but was given Central instead? Yes, we can. This is as false as they come. He wanted to coach team that most resembles WO-S. A team full of athletes. Nice try, though... Or how they ran off all the good football coaches(Brooks & Nelson) & not to mention Bouttee? I can understand Nelson, but that wasn't a Central get bettervthing, it was all Lambert band for non sports related issues. Boutee and Brooks left on their own accord... Or how the past admin has portrayed Ozen to the residents of Beaumont which all has result in Ozen dropping to 4a numbers come on Soulja really? Wrong again. If anything, Ozen was portrayed in a positive light from past administration... You'd think the opposite would happen, right? I guess you're blind to all of this huh? Nope, but it seems like you're partially blind.

Wasn't a shot at you, Gabe at all. I like your work. More of a shot at local media coverage vs. Central or Ozen vs. Nederland. I don't have a subscription to no local paper, but occasionally buy them or visit their online links.
