It's funny... This isn't the case in any other gym in the district. And the seating that they're talking about isn't just that one row. They don't want ANY opposing fan behind the bench, which is like 7 rows. And I've been to your gym for the last 10 years or so and it won't stop anytime soon. And if it's crowded and there is nowhere to sit and I happen to sit behind the Nederland bench, then so be it. And I'll gladly decline when asked to move. But how would they know if I'm a Nederland fan or an Ozen fan? I'm still waiting on that answer.. I don't know. Looks like the only thing he needs to improve on is his shooting. Everything else is there...

I did make mention of the seating arrangements, but what does this have to do with complaining or hating? The racial part did happen. That was a fact. But I was just questioning the reasoning behind the seating arrangements...

That's inaccurate. Nederland JV lost to Ozen JV.

You should be able to sit wherever you want.... The Nederland /Beaumont games are always packed, so you have to just grab a seat.

The racial stuff I believe happened after the situation escalated after the parents refused to move... But then again, this was a Central game that I attended 3 years ago.

It's funny. I was at that game and sat by those parents. They were causing no commotion and refused to move. But like I said, how would you determine the difference from a Nederland fan and an Ozen fan? Because you don't have to wear the teams colors or logo and you're not required to cheer or boo...

But 2 questions about this game... 1. (and I've made gripes about this in the past and no Nederland fan answered). Why was the announcement made for only teams fans to sit behind their benches? Show can an Ozen fan and a Nederland fan be differentiated? And the question I asked in the stands, WHAT DOES IT MATTER?! 2. Why is the #11 Nederland kid that's on JV not on Varsity STARTING. Kid is a freakish athleat, finishes at the cup, either hand, great dribbles, great first step, and a VERY fiery competitor. Imo

To keep the argument fair, there was a year Visor beat Ozen 3 times. That year, Central split with Vidor, both winning on the road... Great point. Can't lie..

...the Nederland kid had an episode last year as well. And I don't sugar coat anything. Boyd's attitude could be better. I've been probably the most crutial on Boyd for about 2 years now . And I'd have a serious problem if my son disrespected his coach.

Wouldn't say disrespect.. it was in the heat of the game... A game that was high energy and competitive. The coach grabbed him and calmed him down. And amazingly, there were no more spats...

Interesting... Did you not see that Nederland player clapping in Ozen's player face after a timeout? Did you see unnecessary trash talk? Did you see the stare downs after made baskets? Boyd got frustrated during one timeout and a coach had to get him under wraps. After that, Boyd then proceeded to sink Nederland's ship in ot. So it's safe to say that his attitude straightened up pretty quick
