...Did you start on Ozen's varsity squad? We're you one of the starters on those dominant Ozen teams? Also, you win and lose games... If that were the case (your logic) how did Ozen (a dominant Ozen team I may add) lose to Silsbee more than once and how in tarnations did Ozen lose to Vidor not once, not twice, but THREE times in 1 year? I'll wait....

....or when Silsbee faced Central when both has a full roster have a pair of 40 point thumpings.. The Silsbee win, no doubt. Big game at home. Against a loaded team. I'd though you'd figure that out.... Lol Also, The Silsbee team have been 'Lite' since the season tip off, and they still earned a #1 state ranking. You see, there are others that knew how good this team was and it showed....

There's a really good player, the PG on the JV team , that would help that team on varsity. Kid has a 3 point shot, finishes at the cup, plays good defense, tear drop, and is physical.

How about this fact.... The #1 team in 4a beat the #5 team in 5a in OT (=) A very good team beating a very good team in OT. It would seem that Silsbee's own fans were selling them short even with earning the #1 ranking before yesterday's game....

Last time I saw Central, it looks like the Coaches were still experimenting with different lineups and stuff. Don't know how the rotation and substitutions went, but maybe we can settle on a permanent starting 5, which will including getting a solid guard to play with Atwood, Pearson, and Bennett.

Let's not start being ridiculous now. A loss or losses to Silsbee will NEVER cost any coach his job. A game against Silsbee don't affect the district standings or the playoffs... Smh

They signed up for that tourney knowing that the competition would be there... At least this is what I was told. As far as Ozen scheduling Silsbee, from what I'm hearing on the streets, Ozen didn't want to chance losing to a small school, being that Ozen is the big Basketball school. They take great pride in that title...

Nope, they won them. They played those teams consecutively in a competitive Cypress tourney..

Lets not forget that Silsbee is the #1 in 4a, so we know we had a game on our hands. Also, keep I'm mind that our 7'3" player was in the stands and not on the court.. so the scales were pretty even. Hence, Silsbee Lite vs. Central Fun Size....
