Isn't medeocre coaching with superior talent vs. superior coaching with medeocre talent one in the same?

So, is there no coaching involved in big tournament games or big district battles?  Is there no strategy involved in this?  So,  coaches and teams decide to coach ONLY when the playoffs begin?  I'm just trying to understand...

[/quote]In Central's games Vs. LCM and Ned, the Jags only made one 3 in each game. I would guess central did not take more than 3-3s against us last Friday night? Central doesn't need to shoot many 3's to win, IMO. [/quote] Yes, true.  With all that said, Central still had ample opportunities to win in both regulation and overtime.

What are you talking about? Central's Varsity had much more experience last year than Ned, including K. Smith. We had ZERO starters who returned after 2010/2011 and only 2 Lettermen (English and Weisbrod, a Soph and Jr). We started ONE senior last year who did not play on Ned's varsity the year before. During AND after last season, you were the lead voice to get rid of coach Lee. We learned of his incompetences through you. [/quote] I never said he want incompetent.  Lol.  Heck, he's even done some incompetent things this year.  But, it's really hard to argue with results.  There were results last year, so I can see why he got coach of the year.  Now, if you recall, I was with you.  I think English should have gotten it.  8) Now, last years's Nederland team was more experienced that last year's Jag team.  I do know that as a fact.
