I don't  know.  I'm not crazy about traveling to see a scrimmage.  Besides, I have a friend that invited me to the West Brook/Lufkin Scrimmage on the same day. 

IMO, I turf is overrated.  Silsbee needs to keep that grass turf.  It adds the unique feature to the stadium.

Heck of a game, but our defense stepped up and pulled it out. 21-17 to finish our regular season at 10-0. We got cocky in the playoffs and got beat by Aldine MacArthur. Sure thought we were going to bring that trophy home. It was televised and about 20k folks there. Back when only two schools in Beaumont. Oh the memories. They make it sound tougher then what it really is. I watched hen Dayton, who is in 19-4A played in 20-4a and they absolutley destroyed everybody besides a fluke win by a one year wonder Lumberton team.
