Opening a 4th Public High School will probably accomplish making all of the schools 4a.  Then again, maybe not. I may make 3 4a's and a 3a.

Central's numbers have increased substancially and Ozen's numbers have dropped a little.  West Brook's numbers have remained the same.

Nederland will miss Carr on the D-Line, but will still be fine and should win District again.  Vidor returns a lot including their QB, so They should be 2nd.  These are the only clear 2 cut teams that are head and shoulders above the rest.  Ozen loses Green, so there will be a drop off there.  My Jags will have some good talented replacing our 2012 seniors, but it will be in the hands of the Central staff.  (  ::) ::) ).  Livingston returns Collins, but they lose a lot with losing bull an the other RB (forgot his name). 

Very interesting. The kid is good.  He was all conference so and so and a very good scorer this year.  I believe his stock would have been higher had his team gotten out of the first round of the playoffs.
