As I mentioned, I kinda understand that mindset since it's been 12 years since the last time they won a district title. [/quote]You just dont get it.  No matter what would have happened, they would be codistrict champs, period.  The titles wouldn't have changed.  This has Nothing to do with central's past district titles at all.  The coach just didnt see a benefit in playimg Nederland.  We have the big picture in sight.  We unstant that Nederland may have went from Cellar dweller to district title within the last 2 or 3 years.  But Nederland are no one to be scared of.  And stop trying to feed us that 'Central is content with their codistrict championship' stuff.  Fact of the matter is that we've beaten you already AT Nederland while understaffed and blown you out at home.  Dont you know that it would'nt be a problem with beating ypu a third time?  Just roll with the reasons that Central's staff have given you and stop trying to invent another reason to detract from what Coach Lee said.

Congrads to both of them.  I've had the pleasure of seeing both young men play in 2010 and 2011.  They're both awesome and I wish them well on the next level!

[/quote]From what I know, the Central Staff didn't want to risk injury in a tiebreaker game.  He felt like since they have beaten Nederland twice, that the game was meaningless and that he didnt' fear the brackets because no matter who you face, you'll have to face them reguardless no matter what no the way to State.  Me personally?  I would have prefered they play, but I can see his point.  Even though we are deep and have talent, if one of the main pieces go down in a 'meaningless' game, then we've screwed ourselves for a deep playoff run.
