I understand what you're saying, but I'm willing to bet that all contestants in the H-J tourney are playing those same 5 games.  I'm willing to bet there was a bracket setup that would have allowed all teams the same number of games.

Yep...  The Viliage and West Brook.  Not to take the meaning out of this game, but West Brook and The Villiage...  Were they not the 2 teams that got first day byes?  3 games to the championship instead of 4 games I 3 days for every other team in this tourney.  They'll need to fixt this in next year's event.

I know one thing. After watching the PN-G / Central game, Cetral have GOT to put together a full 32 minutes, especially with Big Ned looming... There is NO WAY you don't put PN_G away early. Get it together for tomorrow Jags..  And staff..

It is real Basketball. As a team, you have to divise a defensive game plan to be able to go and get them when they pay keep away. Either that, or send them to the free throw line and force them to miss. There are several ways to stop a team from doing this.

Coach Boutte rode that game plan all the way to state with Ozen quite a few times!

Wow ohh wow.  But I wouldn't worry at all.  When Coach English calls a timout and makes adjustments, it'll be over because West Brook will not realize that Nederland have changed the game plan and fall right into the trap.

Nederland will be able to use their size in this one.  Silsbee is lightening quick, but I have questions on weather the Tiger smaller defenders will be able to disrupt the Nederland shooters when closing out on them.  If they are able to disrupt this, then this game could be interesting. The really interesting part here is that both Nederland and Silsbee have played and been pretty successful against the 'Big Boys'. 

Ok, Jags.  Shake it off and end on a 3 win streak in this tourney starting this afternoon.  I'll be there to start the heckling.  8) 8)

I know what you mean!  They get hot quickly.  Somebody will need to put their fire out in 20-4a race next week!
