1. Very true.  By them passing a little bettwr this year, it makes them hard to stop.
 2. Yea, Kristen was the Backup QB starting the season.  Since then, he's been playinf safety and wide receiver.  #11 (the kid that came in last night for Mitchell) seems to have a strong arm. I'm not really sure how the QB situation will pan out.  I'm also not sure how 'we'll' respond to the QB situation.  I know I saw the air was taken out of our kids sails when they saw Are. Mitchell was done for the game.
 3. Somebody give me the 'playoffs?' quote from Jim Mora Sr. When he was in Indiapolis.
 4. My comment for this game.... NO COMMENT! If I were to say what I really want to say, I'd ban myself.  Good night, People.  And good game, Lions!
 5.
All I can say after watching my Indians play them is to hit Bull, wrap up , and gang tackle him. They did not pass on us at all...didn't have to...so I can't tell you their passing attack. Although the few times they tried, our defensive backs did great coverage, the quarterback will go across the grain running, so who ever has contain, they BETTER stay home. He will get there in a hurry! Again, we shot ourselves in the foot. If they mistake free ball you will have to too or you will probably lose. The Jags could pull it off if they GANG tackle bull. Anyway goodluck tonite!
Same to you tonight at the Rez.
 6.
Lets just get it on boys, its time. Would love to be 3-1 against Central in 4 years, then ya'll  would have something in common with PNG. LOL  Would love to stay and chat but have to go watch our Lions do some business. Praying for a safe trip for both teams and injury free game. Good luck to both teams
Same to you, man.  I hope for an injury free game and that you Lion fans enjoy your visit there in Beaumont.
 7. I want to see if our 'Staff' put themselves through just as much practicing after the Ozen loss as our players.
How does the defending Kings of 20-4a become what you currently see as an underdog?
I'm just using the percentage of people that picked Livingston which makes us the underdogs.  Yes we are the reigning 20-4A Champs but at 1-3 and them 4-0, that also makes us the underdogs.  I have no problem with being the underdog cause that means people will be looking past us.
They played Huntsville, Houston Washington (that's funny), and Jasper for 3 of their wins.  Who have they played?  I'm pretty sure they would have 2 losses if they played West Brook or Memorial.  Now losing to Ozen, I'm at a loss of words for that.  ;D
Speed alone will not stop the Slot-T Offense that Livingston Runs.  You have to have discipline to counter the misdirection and better than good linebacker play.  Livingston 42 Central 7
There's that 'discipline' word again.  So, Was PN-G 'Disciplined' last week?

 12.
these fearless predictions are a joke.. I will leave it at that.. I mean do you really think Central will be able to keep it close w/ Livingston while Ozen will not out score LCM.
Since when was Ozen labeled as world beaters?  Am I missing something here?
 13. Ha ha!!  Yall are a funny bunch.  Really?  65 points?  Yall are good but come on.  65 points with a run orientated defense?  What kind of logic is that?  I guess that beating PN-G was y'all super bowl as the Polk News stated Livingston may have played the best team on their schedule.  Man, 7:30 isn't getting here fast enough.

Get ready for your beat down for the next 2 or 3 years!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
8) 8)  Do you even know if you will be in our district next year?  Doesn't really matter.  Ther's alway a meeting in the playoffs.  I know  you guys will be there regardless.
 15. That's the reason Social networking sites are not for everyone.  I'm pretty sure she had a few marbles missing.  Most parents would be more careful of putting almost ANY information concerning their kids online.
 16. I likes that!!!  Them Beaumont Boys ain't playing!  Congrads to O'Neal, Daw, Reyes, and Barnes!
 17. Just for the record, We were the ones that gave Livingston their first loss of the season last year. ;)
"Folks I have a few score updates.  For those interested, WOS and Beaumont Central won it's game tonight".  ;D ;D
:D :D You seem to have a lot of jokes.  You just better hope the ant mound don't see Central in the playoffs.  Remember, yall were undefeated and district champs and we were 3rd place in 2006 and  you remember how that turned out.  ;) ;)  Keep cracking jokes.  Let's see who laughs last.
Nijel Daw and Keith O'neal are doing some damage....Daw had 105 yds and a TD, Oneal had 80 yds....the Beaumont backfield is looking strong!
I like that...  The Beaumont Backfield!
 20.
Mitchell isa REALLY GOOD qb but the zone read offense is not his stregnth.  The Running backs are not good enough for that offense either.  Every time we run it, it gets stuffed.  Lets line up in the I and run down hill, allow for the play action to be set-up, and gte mitchell on the outside of the pocket so he can avoid the rush.  Defenses are pinning thier ears back and coming after the QB because our line is not good enough & the RBs are not shifty to effectively run the slow developing zone-read. Stowers made that mid season change 4 years ago and we went deep in the playoffs after a slow start.  It is time to make that change NOW!
Very true.  I just wonder how many losses and how many  subpar offensive games it will take for it to click?  I've been preaching to the choir for over a month now.
 21. Let's see if we can get it rolling this Friday.  We will need every bit of it as our opponent will be churning up offensive yards.  I hope we can open up that playbook and perhaps finally get the passing game going.
 22.

Its not very often you have as much talent and speed in a backfield as Livingston does at one time on the field. You can't just focus on one running back and design your D to stop him. You have to focus on 4 in the back field with speed. Their big back is a Earl Campbell type back. Can't just hit him and expect him to go down. Have to go with Livingston in another close game.
This is the same Livinston team from last year, so, I'm aware of what they can do.  This Livingston team have played teams on their schedule and beat them handily.  PN-G was their toughest test and they battled back and forth.  Late fumbles doomed PN-G.  This tells me that Livingston is starting to reach the 'Meat' of their schedule.  Games from this point forward will be tougher for these guys.  Not saying that they will not be up for the challenge.  I'm saying they won't be able to just rip up and down the field on anyone so easily anymore.  Also, their defense is still not good.  I've said from the begining of the season and every week on the HS preview show that all they need is Mediocrity on defense, and sky is the limit for this Lion team.
Soulja1, I know where you coming from, that's good, it is to be expected. But stop thinking with your heart and think with your mind. (1) This is not the same team: these are our Soph class from last year, who are a year older, who have reloaded the positions that the seniors held with better atheletes. They are lead by last years Juniors who have become seniors. They used their pre-season schedule to prepare every player on the varsity for district. If they had put the line up on the field they used against PNG against those other teams the score would been horrible. You don't know this team, I hope you are there Friday Night, so you can make a better judgement about Livingston and your Team. We're not Mediocrity on defense, Not great, but I believe you could say good and still working to be better. I can't wait to see how our offense respond to that great defense you all have. But for right now, I'll just sit back and sip on my GREEN KOOL AID and see if you all say enough for coach Rowe to turn loose those LIONS on THAT GREAT DEFENSE. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
As I've said before, If yall's defense can even play mediocre, sky is the limit for this Lions team.  Yes, I'll be there and I'll make a fair assessment, and give props.  BTW, don't think that I'm calling Livingston sorry.  I was one of the one that  said Livingston would be strong this year with all those young guns comming back.
