I'm realling starting to believe he's a player.  He don't want to talk up the Ozen/PN-G matchup and he cannot give props to Vidor.  Yes, that's true.  If they beat PN-G, he'll be back in full force. 

I truely think that Ozen will get it together and make the playoffs.  As for as Central goes, we have an uphill battle, but we're not ready to throw in the towel yet.  West Brook just needs to ride Johnson's running ablity for a win vs. Channelview and possibly beat LaPorte.  IMO, they will lose to NS and Memorial.  But in that district, all you need is 2 wins.  You've beat Sterling.  Beat Channelview, and your in.  Simple as that.

MVP in 4a Livingston's QB Collins There has to be a catagory for a playing making a major impact on both sides of the ball. Whatever this is, the Vidor QB gets it!. Trey Green will end up getting offensive MVP Nederland's MLB will probably get defensive player of the year. I know I went astray with this, but I got all excited when I started thinking of our 20-4a talent as a whole.

Speaking of injuries, won't Livingston still be without the service of Bull Mayes?

[/quote]Your 2008 spread offense couldn't grind out games?  I'm not buying that.  You had a playmaker at RB that was freakin 240 pounds comming right at you.  That guy was a load, and yall rode his back all year.  When I think of a big back, I think of Grind it Out.  This year, you don't have any backs like Grogan, but the offensive scheme was built for running the pill.  That much I agree. 

I respect Nederland's run D since I know that they stopped WO-S and Livingston's running game and also held the Ant Mound's Offense in check for the most part.  But everyone knows that you attack a good run defense by running right at them, not east to west.  What better way to run right at them?  I hope the game is not decided in the new QB's hands.  for the most part, from what I've seen, he's made some pretty good decisions.  At the same time, Nederland will have to move the ball on offense as well.  I like the way our big three is playing up front and the way the safeties are doing better stepping up and stopping the medium passes while able to recover for the long ball.
