1. vs. Caney Creek 2002- Jags held a 2 score lead for most of the game when CC came storming back to score 2 td's in the 4th to win 22-21 first round of the playoffs.  On that same day a few hours prior, Ozen lost by a score to the other Conroe team, Oak Ridge, by a score as well. vs. Bay City 2003 - This game was a defensive struggle.  We were down most of the game, but by only a score.  Bay City's defense kept us out of the end zone even though we  had a couple of productive drives.  score ended up being 13-3, I believe. vs. Dayton 2005- The blocked FG by Dayton to prevent the go ahead lead late in the 4th. vs. Friendswood 2008 - Those Blue Collared Jags went toe to toe with a really good FW team featuring a blue chipper QB and almost pulled off the win.  There was even drama.  'the fumble' was called back.  They say the FW player was down. vs. PN-G 2009 - The blocked FG returned for a TD by PN-G speedster to help eventually win the game in double OT I believe. vs. Humble 2010- This was a game of momentum.  Jags started off with a quick 14-0 lead.  Humble then went on to score 24 unanswered points.  Eventually, late in the 4th, we thought we had the go ahead score for the win late in the 4th, but the play was called back for holding.  Jags lost by a score. (honorable mention) vs. West Brook 2006 - Jags started off hot with a 14-0 lead.  Throughout the rest of the game, Brook managed to score 17 unansered points and held the jags to that same 14 points to eventually win 17-14.
2.
Rockets swept Celtics easily this year ;D . Btw my ainge said rondo, kg, allen may not be back the bandwagon may fade away :o
:o :o
3. I hate to say this but OKC will need to double Dirk the entire series and take their chances with the 3 point shooters.  (I know, Dallas is banking on OKC to do this).  But you cannot stop Dirk 1 on 1.  Also, OKC will need consistancy from BOTH Durant and Westbrooks.  Westbrooks had a horrible night but OKC was still hanging around.  I think OKC regroups and it will show in the next game.  Gut check time for the young guns.
4. Wrong.  I think the X-Factor is Hardin coming in  off the bench.  They don't miss a beat scoring when either Durant or Westbrooks leave and he comes in.
5.
I hate the Lakers but having the #2 seed going into the playoffs doesn't qualify as "not good this year." The Mavs just straight up outplayed the them and I think they lost their composure after the game 2 loss. I think the Mavs in 6...would like to see OKC but I don't know who's going to stop Dirk.
Who will stop Durant? (the 2011 NBA scoring champion)  that should be the question.
6. That's disrespectful!  ;)
7. I'm not sold on the Mavs whipping the Lakers.  They were not good this year.  Their guard defense have been suspect since the playoffs began.  Chris Paul is all the Hornets had, and he gave the Laker defense fits.  In the second round, Dallas benifeted from hitting WIDE OPEN 3's.  I can guarantee you that those 3 balls will not continue to fall, especially after this long layoff.  My question is who the heck will check Durant?  How will check Hardin when he comes in off the bench?
8.
BREAKING NEWS: Orkin man spotted going west on I-10 towards Mont Belvieu  :o
:o :o  :D :D :D :D  Now, THAT'S funny!
9.
WOS has speed and lots of it. They always do. Freshmen ball does not mien a thing for judging how the next few years will be not at all. What Nederland does have is a defense with nine returning starters and new offense. 6 of the front seven are back with the addition of freshmen Caleb Malveaux a big extremely strong defensive tackle. I along with a few other dogs are really excited to see if the experience of the defense pays off.  Going to be rough start though we start with Galveston Ball then Dayton. 2 big test right out of the gate but like I said here comes DIDBA.
So, do you have WO-S's 2011 schedule?  If you do, please posti it on the 'schedule for 2011' thread.
10. Our front office is the most horrible in all professional sports.  I've lost respect from those guys since after the '95 season.
11. I almost spit this mountain dew on my Computer screen!  :D :D
12. I would love Landry back!
13. Brown would be a good fit.  But I thought he was in talks with Rockets?
14.
Bulls in 6. D. Rose will not be stopped
I second that big time.  Please allow me to add something to that...  'BY ANYONE!'  That guy's a beast!
15. I love Scola, but I would roll with Bosh.  He's younger, taller, and more athletic than Scola.  Rockets need to get younger.  Yao is 30 something, I believe.  Scola is 30, I believe.  Bosh is what, 26 or 27ish?  LOL @ the Avatar comparison.  I've always told friends that he looked like the team he played for, the Toronto 'Raptor'.   :D :D
16. Shaw do not have experience at head coaching and Adelman  is getting up there in age.  I think the Lakers want a long term coach.  They may need to go after a younger and experienced guy, IMO. On a second thought, how dare he want to work for  the enemy!  ;D
