I sure wish I wouldn't have missed this game! >:(  Seems like another close game where both teams had a chance to win it at the end.  Goes to show how evenly matched these teams are!

I see a few haters have flown in. 

This kid has deceptive speed and is extremely strong! He was breaking tackles left and right!  He also have a strong arm.  I question his accuracy though... A lot of his passes on the highlights were from blown defensive assignments...

Very simple. Dallas just kept grinding and gritting and Miami choked.  Miami may have just opened the flood gates.  Dallas will be fired up playing 3 straight in Big D.

I was told that he did have surgery, but is expected to play and start come week 0...

I love the fact that he is athletic enough to take it to the house when he scrambles but wants to pass the ball and does so with great accuracy!

I think it will be another good game...  Vidor's long, slow run orientated drives will keep them at an advantage while keeping Texas High's speedy  offense on the sidelines...  It will come to who's defense can stop who, which may  favor Texas High. It will be another close high scoring affair just like last year...

I agree. This is more of a highlight reel for the 'big nasties' than for Bertrand.  Don't get me wrong, Bertrand did his thing last year, but watching those big boys wipe their assignments out of the picture consistently was a thing of beauty. I've seen them play 3 teams last year in person and they clearly dominated the D-line in 2 of those games and went toe to toe with the third. (dominated Central and Ozen.. Back and forth with PA Memorial)

That would be awesome if Boutee came back to coaching.

Maybe Durant and Hardin need to stop wearing those 'manbags' at the press conferences.  ;D ;D Good run for those young guns in OKC.  Congrads to Dallas for making it to the finals.  I tell you one thing.  I have given Dirk heck for a long time for his finess game.  He have turned into one of my favorate big men.  Watching him operate is a thing of beauty as I have been around basketball all my life.  The projectory on his shot.  The follow through.  The understanding of the offense while in the post, off of screens.  Most importantly, I think he's finally shed the 'soft' image.  He gets mad.  He throws elbows.  He gets Technical fouls (see Lakers series).  ;D
