1. Congrads on the Ike win. Yall got a tough one coming up. I'll be there hoping This Bruin team can shock the world..
 2.
I agree with Soulja, Took our Offense some time, but thankfuly Defense Came to play today, and actualy looked more like a unit then Individuals..Made some adjustments and shut Ball out in the 2nd half for the 2nd straight year..Then finaly Our offense got it going,, I was really pleased with how we played. They actualy looked like the Jags im use to seeing. Now Hopefully this carries over into District. We still have some ways to go ,but Im proud how we looked today..All we can do is get better, Defense did very good though, Thats how a Central Defense is post to look.. We hit em hard and they laid the ball on the ground. We didnt let em get to the outside, and everone was talking and looked to be on the same page for the most part..They also stepped up to the plate when Offense made it seem like it would be another long game on that 1st Ball Drive...We can only get better, cant wait for District
Vast improvements from our players for loking like a unit and for our coaching staff Making many key adjustments on defense and offense... 8) 8)
 3. Great win, Brook.  Sounds like you handled your busines @ Thorne.  I just hope that this carries over to next week.  One of my Brook contacts were not happy with tonights performance and say Katy will run off with a win.. I told him, win?  Most likely...  But not a blowout...
 4.

Well played game, Jags!  We went to the I formation most of the night and ran the ball good.  We blocked average.  Heard had a huge game... (see what happens when you at least put a body on somebody blocking?) The Young QB looked better and made better decisions with the ball.  A few overthrown passes and throws into coverage, but I have high hopes on the kid.  I think she should start throwing the ball out of bounds if he don't have a receiver and he is flushed out the pocket.  And when the Young gun do hit you in the numbers, receivers, please catch the pass!  We have greatly improvedon offense, which is good, just in the nick of time... Before district.  Offense tonight gets a B-.  BTW, Heard will be running laps till he pukes with that fumble on that long run...  Unexcusable, young man.  But you still did your thing!   8) 8) Defense is where we really looked good tonight... We tackled better.  There were some hard hits.  Ball's QB will remember this night for Years to come!   ;D ;D  Great adjustment on Defense when #5 from ball kept catching passes over the top because of his height. We put a taller kid over there and that long pass was shut down.  With the exception of a few big runs, we really kept everything in front of us.  Defense tonight gets an A-.  Special teams was excellent!  Our place kicker sailed several kicks in the back of the end zone.  On special teams coverage,  we tackled better than in previous weeks.  Special team gets an A.. We still have a long way to go if we want to call ourselves a playoff team.  I think we'll get there. I'm sso glad to see improvement and against a Suggs coached team.  Keep improving, Jags...
she should start throwing where soulja?  :D
He!!!  This darn Posting from the Celly...  Lol

 6. I expected more.  The gaps and holes were there.  Ozen's RB's don't go north to south.  Try to go east to west all the time.  and when trying to get around the corner, he goes backwards instead of up the field.  Ozen could have had 300+ yards in this game... Now, their passing game is on point though...
 7. Everywhere we goooo....Everywhere we goooo.... People wanna knoooooow....People wanna knoooooow....Whooooooo we aaaaaare....Whooooooo we aaaaaare.... And we tell them...  Weee Aaaare the Tiiiiitans...Weee Aaaare the Tiiiiitans... THE MIGHTY, MIGHTY TITANS...THE MIGHTY, MIGHTY TITANS Congrads on the win and the excellent start!  8) 8)
 8. I was late trying to get my Tickets for the Lamar game.  Ohh well, to the Butch to see my Jags as a default!  ;D ;D  Good Job, KFDM and SETXSports!  Now, lets make the most of this attention, Jags and get this win!
I was on Sterling's side...  Siting with a Brook and Ozen fan...
 10. I attended this game.  Ozen could have Blown this one open and ran up the score...  Sterling had no answer for Ozen's pasing attack. Green is smart with the football and was throwing pinpoint passes on the run... If he can only  stay in the pocket and look at all his receivers... Ozen's running game will need work.  Many times, the RB's bounce to the outside and end up going backwards trying to get around defenders and lose yards... On defense, Ozen needs work in the middle.  Sterling Moved the ball running right in the middle but Sterling went away from that and tried to run to the outside.. Not a good idea...  Ozen's defense was too fast and always caught a sterling player when we went east to west.  Keys for Ozen.. Stay with what works.. The passing game is nice..  Stay with it!   Overall, Good game for Ozen... Good confidence boost.  Ozen will be a playoff team this year.
 11. Houston Sterling @ Ozen                                     AT THE BUTCH!!!! Galveston Ball @ Central

But hey you never know, looks like the Rangers are going to make the playoffs..... ;)
Yeah like Lumberton has been world beaters?  If my memory holds correct didnt the Panthers beat your beloved Raiders last year?  ;D
:o
Yeah they did, we had a serious case of the dropsies  :'(, BUT, I stand by my original statement, Ozen always has talent but they generally fall apart. Maybe this will be their year this year instead of Central.  ;)
Typical Lumberton.  Start of Hot then fizzle out in district... :o :o
 13. 'Jaguar' is on on cruise control as they throw 'Balls' into the stands... 'Alice' in wonderland?  No, They will think they are in No man's land after Memorial gets a hold of them! Faint Train horn heard in distance.  No, it was a mean tiger roar After Tonight's big win, West Brook FINALLY gets an article on front page of the Suprise.  People of PN-G and Nederland outraged. After losing 21-0 at the half, Faircloth puts the 'Indian Spirit' in at RB.  Indians score 42 unanswered points. K-Ville Player Ford quoted saying 'there is no sunken treasure here tonight'.
 14. It wasn't a problem when Brook was getting a mudhole stomped in them every week by Central and Ozen, but now there is a problem... Just continue to face the opponent that you are faced with.  That simple.
 15.
Ozen 31 Sterling 14
Sounds about right...
Thank you,   SGTRey, myself, 82AAAAA, Soulja, BCjag, dzil, WBear, Westend, and many others will be making payments for a while.   :P
Hahaha! I feel your pain, man!
 17. Thi whole topic was actually kind of amusing, but now it's going ina direction we don't want it to.  Back to topic or this baby will be shut down.  Come on, guys. CHILL! 8)
 18.
I cant remember a CHS team that didnt play D even the 4-6 team a few yrs ago had enough heart to play D
Yep...  I agree.  I remember the '04 team didn't score their first points till week 4 vs Nederland and lost that game 55-8.  We took blowouts to Brook, Jasper, WO-S.  After that, we became somewhat competetive.  Still ended the season @ 1-9..
 19. We can't tackle, we take bad angles to the ball carrier. We arm tackle . We can't cover nobody.  We don't want to cover nobody. And our defensive ends never stop anything to the outsides...
 20. I agree.  We do a whole lot better in the I formation.  We move the ball a whole lot better than in the shotgun.  I think the playaction pass will fit the young QB better.
 21. My immediate concern is our tackling.  The loss of Hale is now apparent.  He was a tackling machine...
 22.

If Lumberton or LC-M opens with PA Memorial then West Brook, both those teams would also be 0 and 2. Central will be a better team for playing better competition.
But would they have lost by a combined score of 93-7?  Probably not.  From WHAT I'VE SEEN SO FAR, Central has not been very good. Last year WB beat them by 6, this year by 48.  It would stand to reason that they have not started out very well...
You could put Lumberton and LC-M together and they would still be ran out of the stadium by West Brook and PA Memorial! Ozen and Central will be in the mix in this district and both will probably make the playoffs.
Yeoj, I'm not saying either team would beat WB or PAM, BUT, neither of us would be run out of the stadium. I think Ozen may be a surprise this year and I'm starting to think this just won't be Centrals' year.
A lot of season left.  We have a bye week...  Last year, there was a lot of changes that were made during the bye week.  I see that happening again.  We may have played the two toughest games on our schedule.  With that being said, we have some nice weapons on offense and if utilized correctly, we'll be back where we need to be.  It's all about how you finish and making the playoffs.
 23.
I can understand PNG, they played a tough game against a tough opponent, but come on, CENTRAL? Yeah their opponent was tough but they got beat bad, if they made the polls at all it shouldn't have been higher than 15. Dayton should be sitting somewhere in the middle of the poll too and Vidor should be up higher than anyone from 12 down. This is as bad as the Massey ratings having Jasper at 156th in the state and Lumberton at 345th AFTER Lumberton pummeled them.
::) ::)
