2.
this game the gloves are off!!!!!! i waited all year after that taste they left in my team mouth last year im giving no respect until that clock say 00:00 my team is coming we have something to prove and at the same time something to avenge..... saturday there will be a new roach on the field and that roach will have fire in his eyes ready to kill who every steps in front of me with blue and silver
:o :o  Get 'em, Roach!    That's what I'm talkin about!  Payback!  Is it gametime yet?  ;D ;D
  3. I got Angleton.  I've seen them last year, and I've seen Diggs in person.  I didnt' see this years edition of Brenham, but Ive seen them before.  When they had Jarret Lee.  I assume different players same plays.  I think Brenham do have the horses to stop Angleton's running game. But do they have the horses to stop it completly?  It will take one mess up for the kid phenom to break a long run.  Confidense dwindles after this.  Angleton by 13.

The Friendswood offense is only slightly less potent as last year, but is still plenty good!  And, the Friendswood defense is much better than last year.  I see the Mustangs pulling away late to win by 10.
Crying and whiney?  Are you sure those were Jag fans?  I don't believe it was me.  I don't make excuses.  We lost when we had the lead most of the game.  But i'm here to say that it ain't happening this year.  And if somehow we do lose this game, once again, there will be no excuses.  We just beat a really good Huntsville team this weekend while yall was playing around with who?  WALTRIP?   :o :o  Ok...   8) 8)
Good looking forward to a good game. But if it was not you soulja, there were a ton of folks whining about one play, despite video evidence showing how close it was, they wanted to say the refs were biased. Good call on a bang bang play. simple. Yes we had an easy game last week. But while yall were fiddling around with Nederland, LCM, Vidor, and Goose Creek  - we were playing Manvel, Dawson, Angelton, Texas City, etc. Our district and predistrict schedule can compare with yours very well! Good luck.
Very good post.  We played our share of tough games. We beat a Port Arthur Memorial team that then went on the Beat North Shore.  We lost by 6 points to the 21-5a district champions and Area champion West Brook Bruins.  We also went on to crush Galveston Ball, who made the Playoffs.  No too shabby.  Then went on to lose by 2 points to our District Champion PN-G Indian while we had the lead with less than a minute left in the game.  And I find it funny that you say that we were Fiddling around (  :D :D  I really find that funny though  ;D ;D ) with them.  Vidor and Goose Creek were actually really good teams and would give Friendswood all they wanted and some.  Goose Creeks RB was the real deal and was always 1 missed tackle from taking it to paydirt...
  6. My Jags are not finished.  We don't know what the word 'done' means...
  7. No more flying under the radar.  If your still standing in round 3 of the playoffs, people know who you are.  Just come out and take the wind our of they sails early.  Then knock they butt out.  Lets get it, Brook!

Your information is always flawed.
:D :D :D :D
  10. Well, it wasn't really on his back foot, but it was a heck of a pass, regardless... [Hidden Content]
  11.
If you looked at the stats from last years game, Karam wasn't so much a factor as was geutreux and cole. I think this game will be a real close game, closer than people realize. I can easily see this being another 1 point game.
shoot, You must have didn't see the 60 yard bomb threw by Karaam off his back foot and caught the Friendswood receiver in stride...
I hear ya, but tell me how yall allowed 50 something points to Vidor? Who then lost to Nederland. This baffles me cause I am expecting a strong Jags defense. Help me out with this anomaly?
Vidor has huge linemen and RB's that hit the hole hard.  They played flawless ball that night.  Plus with the offense they run, you have to stack the box and make sure tackles.  Nevertheless, we still won that game.  Thats all water under the bridge now.  Since then, our defense have gotten light years better.  Playing good 5a non district schedule gets you ready for this time of year...
] Why is it personal? Because of one fan on a forum who is probably younger than your kids? Geez. Not personal for me. Central is a good team. We need to play well to win. I guess that about sums it up! Oh we could go into the game by game vs similar team thing - but we all know how that works! We could talk about strength of schedule and strength of district, but we know how well that works. Practice hard, stay healthy, play the game with class, have fun and good luck to both teams. We will be rooting for all Region 3 teams that advance. Our coached handled a touchy game last nite with class, and our fans appreciated it.
The only thing worse than a PNG fan, is a fellow Friendswood fan who tries to kiss up to the enemy to avoid the heat.  Get off your knees Fwstangs!!!
Wow have you any loyalty to your fellow man? ;D
Nope!  I love it though!  ;D ;D
  15.
The bears have prepaired us, in that early defeat, It's strengthened us to fight harder, if we are to eat. We've learned from a few others, and it's been a quest, we've been battle tested and now we rank with the best. The road's not easy for us are the Bears, but we'll hold hands together, as we meditate in prayers. Next week we will rise and victory will be ours, We'll respresent the Golden T well, we'll both win our bouts. ;D Good luck Central and WestBrook!!!!!!!!!
And boom goes the dynamite!  ;) ;)
  16.
The fumble controversy. I wondered about that too actually, because I thought BC had it. But I saw the video and the pictures from a sideline newspaper reporter, Karam's knee hit the ground before the ball was out - BARELY. I mean, you could see clearly his knee was down, but that ball came out right after. I wish I had the pictures, but sorry BC fans, it wasn't a fumble. Close, but not quite.
I'm not trippin on that fumble anymore.  Because if you ask me, we shouldn't have even been in that possition to even hope for a fumble that late in the game.  >:(
  17. Guys, nothing serious.  It's really a saying.  Like 'this time it's personal'  Like you are very serious about this.  We have kids on last years team that were on the field last year when that clock struck 0:00.  They will take it as a personal challenge to perform well and get payback from last year.  That's All I meant.  BTW, I know you are still good without Karaam and the WR.  We will not take you lightly, FW.  I look for a great game!
  18.
;D Bigggggg Burgers not no kids meal
Bring appitite, Tex, because those burgers are monsters!
  19. Brook will eat them alive like 'Ranch' dressing on a salad!
  20. Hey, while you talking, I was really dancing in those stands and in the parking lot while some angry Huntsville fans looked on.  ;D ;D
  21. I remember that! Game ball goes to BJ, no doubt!  8) 8)
  22. It's just good to see that even Lake Travis blood is red.  I thought there was nothing but ice water in their veins.  ;D ;D
  23.
This will be far and away the best Bmt Central has seen all year, so they better bring it to have any chance.
Really?  Better than Brook, Memorial, Galveston Ball, PN-G, Vidor?  All were playoff teams this year.  I think if we eliminate 3rd and long and complete passes early, we win this game.  Last year was Friendswood's best team with Karaam at the helm and only survived by 1 point to a run based Jag team...
Meaning what?
Flattery quote, but FriendswoodFan, I wouldn't trade you for the world. You do know how to pump an opponent up. I like it, it's good for football to me. ;D Keep up the good work. I'll never -karma ya, dats for sure. Y'all better bring it next week, b/c my Jags are fine tune now baby ;D
BC, I noticed 4/4 on the turnovers...man ya'll are gonna'have to cut that out to beat those ponies over there in the wood.
I believe 2 of those were from the backup QB that came in and our Center had some bad snaps.  I don't know what it is, but we normally don't put the ball on the ground too much.  We'll be alright, trust me.  ;D
