  1. Offense Hughes - Lumberton - 232 passing yards & 3 TD's Peevey - Vidor - 185 yards rushing - 2 TD's Defense - Dunbar - PN-G - 3 picks and a fumble recovery for Paydirt
  2. I think Vidor will be able to handle a running game very well. By the way Soul Man thanks for the congrats to Vidor on the other page. You guys are still my "second" favorite team. ;D 8) 8)
  3. Its_All_About_The_U and WTB ... I understand what you are saying. Are you talking about the Dayton Scrimmage or the Dayton game 2 years ago? I was under the impression that you went to the air on Dayton in that game 2 years ago on the last drive. I assumed that your identiti is smashmouth football with the stud LB locking it down in the middle. I just don't see you abandoning what made you successful for an air attack. You know the old saying, if it's not broke, then don't fix it. Sorry if it seem like I was disrespecting your offense in any way...
  4. : : Newsflash. Mr. Livingston Dustin Harris have not went on to college. They will be solid though with the RB. I forgot his name. He's a load.
  5. I knew it. You don't count the Jags out just because a coach leaves. Good job, Jags. Looking forward to district. Hope you win them all except, well, ... you know. :D
  6. I was impressed with the offense. I LOVE it. A lot of different looks. We'll be ready.
  7. That's good th at Hines will be back. He's impressive...
  8. Good win, Indians! I saw the highlights. I know that #8 for the Indians was all over the darn place with a few INT's and a fumble recovery for a TD. This kid appears to be my kind of player!
  9. I saw the highlights last night. I was like 'who are the pop warner team that Lumberton is throwing the ball like that on'? No disrespect to H-F, but Lumberton will not be throwing on teams in 20-4a like that. They will have to go to bread and butter power running and good defense once district starts. Good win, Raiders. Welcome to the 1-0 club!
  10. You said that right. A win is a win. Take it and improve week to week. Congrads, Pirates!
  11. Looks like Stowers picked up a loss in his first game at Little Elm...
  12. Soulja, you almost nailed it Yep. Wasn't that far off!
  13. ;D ;D ;D ;D I told him.... I told him..... I told him.... SEC 11 - ' you ain't tell me Censered'.
  14. You know, that was the first thing I was going to say. I was unable to post last night since the site was down. I told everyone that the young man needed to bat that INT down. You get the ball on like the 30 yard line, vs. the 5 yard line. I loved our offense! We ran some shotgun West Virginia type stuff. We ran the I formation with some creative plays. We ran trips... Single back. It will be hard for defenses to key in on what we do. I love #17 Holman. Big 6'2" receiver played big. Whoever that other receiver was dropped a lot of passes. That's ok though. This can be tightened up before district. We looked good to say that we didn't scrimmage anyone. Shorttexas said it correct that our defense showed flashes of greatness. They played good at the begining of the third quarter! They tightened it back up at the end of the game. Memorial will call heck in their district and just may take that second spot behind NS. The Memorial QB ran that option to perfection. He kept it when he should. When he pitched it, it was at the very last minute, allowing that RB to get big plays. Memorial have some strong backs that kept those legs churning to pick up extra yard and required like 5 Jag defenders to take them down. I only wish they would throw down the field more as they have some capable receivers that burned us a few times Memorial's defense may need a little work. I must say I was impressed with the big LB. He was an absolute monster with a few jaw shattering hits. I think he got hurt. I hope he recovers... Overall, this was a game that I think both teams benefitted from. Memorial may have something this year. Game ball goes to #25 Nijel Daw. The kid led in rushing yards and threw some great blocks from the FB possition. I only hope he would try harder to make those catches out of the flats.
  15. I hate to hear this. I wish you speedy recovery from Jaguar land.
  16. Will you be saying that next year when your Jags are playing at that brand new complex ;D I will have amneisia... ;D ;D !!!
  17. Real football is played on GRASS!! ;D ;D
