Aug. 29 @ Beaumont Ozen, 7:00 p.m. (Babe Zaharias Stadium) 35-34 Brook. (Yes, another 1 point victory.)
Sept. 4 @ Beaumont Central, 7:00 p.m. 28 - 14 Central (Central takes advantage of Brook's inexperience)
Sept. 11 @ Spring Westfield, 7:00 p.m. 42 - 28 Westfield (Lots of talent on this Westfield team)
Sept. 18 Aldine Eisenhower, 7:00 p.m. 36 - 21 Brook (Ike is overrated, IMO)
Sept. 26 @ Katy, 5:00 p.m. 48 - 17 Katy (The defending State champions are on a mission and just so happens Brook is in the way)
Oct. 2 OPEN
Oct. 9 Channelview*, 7:00 p.m. 24 - 17 Brook (Things get a little 'hairy' to start this district off, but Brook holds on)
Oct. 15 @ Baytown Lee*, 7:00 p.m. 30 - 14 Brook ( Lee will not pose much of a challenge especially since most of their talent is going to the new school)
Oct. 23 Port Arthur Memorial*, 7:00 p.m. 21-10 Brook (defensive struggle, but Brook makes some good plays in the air late in the game)
Oct. 30 @ Baytown Sterling*, 7:00 p.m. 35 - 14 Brook ( Sterling was a one hit wonder last year in making the playoffs, but will not give Brook any resistance)
Nov. 6 Galena Park North Shore*, 7:00 p.m. 56 - 20 North Shore (All district RB Tracy Woods will run wild in this one. He may be sitting the entire 4th quarter resting for the playoffs)
Brook ends the Season at 6-4, which isn't bad considering that most feel this Bruin team will have a down year. They will still make the playoffs right behind NS (take notes, Dave Cambell...)
