I'm just glad to see how far Memorial have came since losing to Ozen and SOC early.

I have not seen young Falgout or Durio. So I will take a stab in the dark and say the kid from Ozen will be the best. I'm saying this because I know Central is not a pass first team and will run the ball more. The Falgout kid will be good probably when he is a senior under Stump's wing, but will probably be on the same level at QB as his brother from last year.

I can tell you who I don't want to see. Don't want to see the Spurs or the Hornets. I think we match up to and play at a higher level against the Lakers and the Suns. Spurs always seem to turn it on come playoff time. They will beat whoever they play in the first round. Chris Paul makes the Hornets just that much dangerous. Also, I don't want to see the Trail Blazers. LaMarcus Aldrich and Brandon Roy are beasts and always play the Rockets tough, exploiting mismatches.

I don't talk about them because for some strange reason, Memorial and Central did not duke it up this year. I have not seen them play, therefore, I cannot talk about them. But from what I have been reading, this team is full of blue collar kids with no egos or superstars to tolerate with. I hope to catch a Memorial Playoff game.

I've been to a game where the fans had choice comments. I have never heard racial comments at a H.S. Basketball game. When Central fans are fed up, they just start leaving early...

Actually that may not be too far off...IF they come out and play, meaning GULLEY has to play hard for 32 minutes, no matter what is going on...Has to play like a senior whose HS career is running out and wants to extend it as far as possible...The guard play MUST get better, they need to make open shots, defend, and get Gulley a reasonable amount of touches..Period...If they dont do that, it will be over fairly quickly. There is a lot of 'ifs' in your post. I hope it happens. But for reasons unknown, ( : ) I don't believe it will.

I questioned a lot of things in last night's win. I was sitting on PN-G side and they were just as puzzed as I was. There was about 8 Central possessions where only 4 players were running plays and Gulley was instructed to just wait by the halfcourt line. Mind you that we were down at this point. There were fast break opportunities and the players were instructed to pull back and play keep away while we were only up by like 3 points. I agree with NHS83LU87. We started off the season and district pretty good. Everything is going downhill. If we are playing Crosby first round, we'll lose. This is the sad reality
