I think when the players wear all that fancy gear it helps the elevate their game And how exactly does it held elevate their game? You think that wearing an arm sleeve is going to make you magically dunk or is it going to make you hit the three pointer all game every game?!?!? You never know. These kids have roll models. In the NBA, Allen Iverson and Carmelo Anthony wear these things. Some kids wear Jordan Shoes because they like Jordan. Don't act like you was raised under a rock. : :

You right. They don't need it. At the same time, if the kids want it, why not? Do you have something against sleeves?

It's a fad. ALL teenagers go have a fad. If the kids want to wear it, there is nothing wrong with it. Makes them look sharp. Their game may elevate if they think they look sharp.

We have to play better if we hope to win this district. One thing I see that we need to do is put more pressure on the other teams by keeping the ball in our scorer's hands. Once we get a lead, let's keep it. Make the 'easy' games, easy! We make everything hard, it seems.

Shoot, terrorizing anyone with the ball is more like it!

Gulley. I feel like he makes others around him better. He dribbles with his head up, plays good defense (quick hands), grabs boards good, and is unstoppable on the block. He takes good shots. Frank. He is a really good shooting, in volume. He's a better 3 point shooter than Gulley. He plays ok defense by jumping passing lanes. He is also more athletic than Gulley. I'll take Gulley. I feel like he is what you would need to make a team go...

yea but you said you could garuntee that silsbee would lose to both teams and i can garuntee already that silsbee beat one of them..... it wasnt if they played again they dont have too youre just saying stuff to try and look good... Silsbee could beat that same team by a better margin than 7 point (if im not mistaking by that how many point ND beat SOC). Think before you say stuff. I always say results, not exuses. I'm sure SOC didn't give any excuses. But we have a lowly Tiger fan giving an exuse for a team that probably never heard of Silsbee. Go figure. Here is this guy forcing Silsbee in this Nederland/Central conversation. I mean, dang. If Silsbee is not talked about, then he get all rashy and irrititated. Dude, we lost to Silsbee. They played great and we played garbage. If Silsbee and Central played again, I guarantee you it wouldn't be another blowout. Heck, I talked to a Tiger fan that have seen them play all year. Even he was suprised of the outcome of that game. Anyways, this will be a good game. We may have a matchup problem with the big kid in the middle. At the same time, Nederland will have to handle Gully and Smith. I like the ods at home. Central by 6.
