I don't believe these studies anymore. They change with the wind. I let my body tell me what I need. this morning it lead me to peanut butter cookies..lol But really, worst thing you can do is cook from a box. I went several months with no fast food, and no processed. No boxed dinners either. I felt like a 20 year old. Busy life got in the way and now I'm back to lethargic and tired all the time.

Chris has totally went off the deep end. Seems like they are doing some of the same scenarios at The Walking Dead....Crazy person keeping the dead around thinking they can be saved. I mean come on...half your face is gone and you can see rib cage....How are you coming back from that?
