I don't believe these studies anymore. They change with the wind. I let my body tell me what I need. this morning it lead me to peanut butter cookies..lol But really, worst thing you can do is cook from a box. I went several months with no fast food, and no processed. No boxed dinners either. I felt like a 20 year old. Busy life got in the way and now I'm back to lethargic and tired all the time.

I've been reading the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon, which is also a tv series. I also like James Patterson and Stephen King.

I'm about half way thru. Had to stop due to excessive interruptions from offsprings..lol He breaks down the book of Revelation. He is very thorough.
