We're trying to build a Multi-purpose indoor facility with donations...the only thing is you have to make sure the district can deal with the up keep...unless your lottery winnings are substantial enough for you to keep it up. ;)

Should be some good mudslinging on here when we start comparing. ;D
That was the case last year. Silsbee played PN-G, LC-M, Lumberton and Livingston. Did not see much "mudslinging" when comparing.
Thats right..same schedule for 2 years. Didn't even notice it last year. I'll have to stir the pot if we win and the rest lose.

What class are they and has anyone around here played them before? How does Vidor come up with these odd preseason games? lol Vidor wins against the mystery team. ;)

He was injured his first game last year and returned to play CB. If you haven't heard of Morse, you will in the future. He may be young, but more than makes up for it in talent.
The main thing I saw of Morse was his running ability. He would just bulldoze the opponents, then burn them deep. But he will not bulldoze varsity guys, and likely not faster than most. Walker just isn't big, if he takes to many hits he might be done.
Ive seen most of his freshman games. Hes very quick on his feet, and he thinks fast. This was just as a freshman. Cant wait to see him on varsity, and once the rest of that freshman team join him...20 4a might have a new DC. ;)

I wouldn't say the QB situation is dragging out. This is nothing like last year. We have 2 very talented young men that are capable of leading the Indian Offense.

Ya think? Its starting to get ugly. :o
Who will be PNG starting QB?
Not 100% sure, but my guess is they will start with Walker...may even see both of them. We shall see.

Of course now a days that is bad for you...
Don't forget catching crawfish in the ditch after a good rain. Getting little sticks and have pretend boat races by the curb on the street as the water was rushing down into the gutters... Whoevers stick got there first won... Riding your bike all day in the neighborhood with NO HANDS.. LOL Oh how I miss those days... ;)
You guys are choking me up. There is no way most kids today would have the patience to sit for hours next to a ditch with a piece of bacon tied to a piece of string and a stick and weighted down with pebbles trying to catch a big ol' crawdad. Back to football, there is one heat difference today than from back in my day and that's the artificial turf. Those black pellets under field turf absorb alot of heat and make the field itself a source of heat during practice.
LOL so you have been there :) And I agree those pellets probably do hold alot of heat...
Also I remember is being hot...but not this hot. We are setting records.

Last week I caught a pack of boys(including mine) selling water and Gatorade at the end of street for a 1.00. Mine was taking stuff out of my fridge. lol

We are fortunate to live in a neighborhood with alot of kids, and with an alley to boot....always some good club houses in the alley. I just tell them to be home when the street lights come on.
