Not sure about Nederland, but our freshman players don't have PE the same period as varsity. So the players that are sophomores next season that will be moved up to varsity can't even practice together during the athletic period this year.

I know when we have our Purple vs White Spring game, its a big deal for us...cause we're feining for some football.
