It's not a myth...that field will be slop..rain or shine..lol or maybe they just do it for us..lol Plus yall have Vidor at the Boneyard. Look for that one to be slop also. I don't they are as strategic as the Dogs though.

They got blew out by Tomball Memorial 41-18 and barely got by Santa Fe 20-19. I think we're good on this one, if players step up. Rodgers is a good passer and Bost could get the job done also.

Fricken Manvel lost last night, bet they aren't on suicide watch. Huge wake up call. They will regroup and demolish everything in their path now. Let's get back to it.

Last year we relied on outscoring teams. Now we need a complete team effort on both sides of the ball.

I think the expectations on our team have been lifted a little. A lot of pressure from a stadium full of Purple and getting a lot of scrutiny from the outside because of the attention on our star QB....gets a little suffocating I'm sure. They will be fine. As for Crosby, now the attention is on them...while no one is looking at Nederland...beware.

The fans calling for RJ to sit out aren't true fans of PNG. You don't sit out to avoid injury in football. I highly doubt the kid would want to sit out his senior year. From the stands, you could see he was beyond pissed on that cart. He is an Indian. All the fans had Hook'em Horns up as he was being carted off. Second game into the season and a loss against a VERY good team. We have some kinks to work out. OLine DOES have the potential to be one of the best. Defense IS coming along. Again, its only the second game of the season. People already writing us off. No, we don't have a Riggs this year. According to a lot of posters on this board, we are the Fighting RJ's, so now we can't do it without Riggs??? Also, we were without 2 starting DB's. The outcome probably would have been the same, but with those 2 back in and RJ back healthy..... But whatever.....draw your own conclusions, make your predictions. If you have pie on your face, when all is said and done, we will revisit this post.
