Although Bertrand did have the best offensive line in the district last year, he did earn a whole lot of tough yards. He isn't a burner, but he is tough to tackle 1 on 1. With over 1800 yards last year, i'm sure he'll break the century mark this coming up season. With that said, i don't think he'll break his own personal record but i do think that he should get more credit than what he gets considering PNG's stellar offensive line last year.

Peveto played safety last season. Also, Sperl played defensive back but is getting moved to outside linebacker this season.

This list is a great indication of what kind of football we have here in SETX. Definitely some of the strong perennial programs in Texas.

Bertrand surpassed Harmon on the single season rushing record to take 2nd most in PNG history.

Congrats to PNG senior Kevin Angus for qualifying for the state powerlifting meet. I believe the meet will be held in Abilene. Kevin qualified in the 114.5 lb weight class.

One of the utility players on LT is gonna start at QB next year. I forget his name but it starts with an "L." He contributed a lot in the game today.

He gives all the Dallas area teams the nod hah. Can't argue though. We'll see what happens!

Great game last night! Manvel was the better team and they played a heck of a ball game. They shut down the run in the middle, which really limited the NDN's ability to control the game. #20's speed is unreal. Speed kills and last night it definitely showed. I won't go on my soap box about how "dirty" the game was because there are two sides to the story. I do believe that there is no room for unnecessary taunting. We are supposed to be teaching these young men how to be MEN. Let's just say i wouldn't bring my kids to another Manvel game if i were to teach them anything about sportsmanship. I know that the NDN's aren't exactly saints on the football field, but Manvel fans, don't come on here thinking that emotions and garbage can't be suppressed. Trust me, the NDN nation knows the players on our team that are capable of crappy personal fouls. Congrats to the Indians on an amazing season. Yall never gave up all season long and yall showed everyone what some resilience and a whole lot of heart can do. Yall make me proud to be an Indian. Again, congrats to Manvel! Yall are definitely a well balanced machine. Wish yall luck the rest of the way!
